I find spending all morning saying no to continuous offers while trying to order one small thing extremely frustrating. I would have backed out but they already had my credit card number.

I ordered this for my husband, the xl. When we received the cooker it said on the outside of the shipping carton the xl, but inside it was just the cheaper model, (sorry to say it this way.) Everything was there the manual ,recipes etc.Well we finally received the correct cooker, but there was no manual,cookbook,recipes for canning etc. So we called, and called. When we spoke with someone and told them the reason they said will ship it out and we should receive it in 7 to 10 days. We heard this over and over again, we spoke with a supervisor Shelly B.Tom and etc. WILL SOMEONE PLEASE SEND THE INFO WE NEED!!!! This company does not care about the people who ordered & have missing items. I will never again order anything from tristar again.

Purchase went great. Lid sticks and doesn't always register for sealing. Trying to use warranty but difficult to get threw on the phone.

I LOVE THE WAY I CAN COOK MY PINTO BEANS IN1/2 THE TIME I COOK THEM IN 45MIN. I ALSO LIKE THE FAST EASY CLEAN UP! THE ONE THING I DON'T LIKE IS THE HOT WINGS AND OTHER MEATS TASTE LIKE THEY IF I BOILED AND TO MUCH ACCESS WATER AND OIL, BUT I DO LOVE THE WAT THE MEATS AND FOOD HAVE SO MUCH FLAVOR AND TENDEERNESS IS EVERYTHING I COOK IN IT. MY HUSBAND EVEN LOVES THIS COOKER. I EVEN SHOWED MY SISTER AND SHE IS INTERESTED IN BUYING ONE FOR HER HOME. SHE REALLY DID LIKE MY POWERCOOKER THAT SHE TRIED TO STEAL MINE OUT MY KITCHEN LOL.

The pressure cooker was not like the one displayed on TV, the one I received was a lot smaller, it barely cooked one 2 lb chicken. When I called the company and complained that I felt there was a bait and switch, I was told that I received a newer model than one advertised on TV. I guess I must be stupid the one I received was inferior to the one advertised on TV I would never buy one again.

I do not like the Power Pressure Cooker. The T.V. show does not let you know anything about how it really works. The time that the recipes give are way off. It takes double or triple time to cook whatever you are cooking. I called the service number about 5 times. I talked to someone different every time. I could not understand them very well do to their accent. I bought 2 cookers. One for me and one for my daughter. I sent mine back in because it was not keeping pressure and food was not good at all. They sent me another one. I really wanted my money back but they kept telling me that I needed to get used to it. Once I figured it out they said I would love it. Not true!! My husband would rather me not use it because we never know fore sure when the food is going to be done. I have never had an experience like this before. It has taught me not to order off T.V. again. I also found out that you can buy these cookers at Wal-Mart for $75.00. I wish I could take my cookers there to get money back on them but I am an honest person and would not feel right since I did not buy them there. I still have not given my daughter hers because I do not like it and I know she will not either. She has been at my house when I used it and she doesn't like how long it takes or how the food taste. I could probably go on but I will not. I just figure it was an expensive lesson to learn.

Although the pressure cooker was on back order for a while, once it arrived I used it to make delicious baby back ribs! Came out tender. Next time I made beef short ribs. I browned them easily in cooker then braised them. Delicious! Want to make my homemade chicken soup next! It was worth the wait and I even gave two as gifts!

I purchased a power pressure cooker back several months ago. I received the cooker with only the chopper included. I bought the cooker recipe books and did not receive them with the cooker. I called the company three different times and was told I would receive the cook books in the mail within 7 days. As of this date, I still have not received the cook books and no manuel or anything telling me how long to cook items. I have had several people ask me about the power pressure cooker and I tell them I have not use it because I HAVE NO INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO USE IT. I am writing a letter to the attornery general in Texas to tell them of my experience with this company.

My friend and I ordered the pressure cooker XL on the same day. I received an older version NOT what they were demonstrating on TV and my friend to date has STILL NOT received her cooker. They claim you can cook 3 chickens in it and you are lucky if you get 2 in that pot. What are they cooking on TV Cornish hens?! I WANT the cooker I ordered with all the fancy buttons. My friend just wants her cooker. Did you notice the phone number is NOT a U.S. number? I am also very disappointed in HSN for promoting these LIARS!!!!!

Hell I am Robert Taylor about my pressure cooker I must admit that I am very happy to have it. I really like the time it takes to cook a meal I would normaly cook on stove top or oven and takes little time at all to have some of the best meals imagine. My only 2 issues are that some items such as barbequehas a tendency to burn the bottom of the cookerand the clean up can be hard sometimes and the other issue is that there are not enough rescipes for the cooker or the proper settings and time it takes for certain items are not easy to understand and I had one other issue and that was to get the lid to stay close fully.but I just deal with it just the same. Anyway I do believe it is to be one of the best money I have spend on any cooking item I have ever purchase and I do have a lot of cooking items.But if there is any ways possible to give better understanding on the proper pressure settings and time and more rescipes for my cooker I would be very greateful. However I have relocated from California to Louisiana where cooking is a very big thing here I really like to have more imformation about my pressure cooker . Thank you Sincerely Robert Taylor.

I ordered this several months ago and have still received NOTHING!!!! Extremely unsatisfied. .....

The Pro Pressure Cooker is so easy,fast and convenient. I just love it, you can literally cook any crock pot meal in it in less than half the time a crock pot takes. Makes great lasagna too!

I ordered the Pressure Cooker XL had to wait extra 6 weeks for delivery as they were back ordered.. was shocked to have had to pay an extra 35$ when the cooker arrived. I received my cooker and it did not work.. I called customer service and they sent me a replacement one.. this time I was made to pay an extra $61.38. I called Customer Service again and spoke to Supervisor Camille G40 who said at first the extra charge was not her problem.. then said she would refund me 30$ when I did not agree she said the maximum she could refund was 45$ then the sale would be final.. I asked why she said she was not there to judge the company`s decision again if I took it the sale would be final. I am so disgusted that I asked her how I could return the product for a full refund.. she said since I was in Canada I would have to pay to have it returned. I WOULD NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY very disappointed with the customer service after sales.. very poor experience

Since getting my new Power Pressure Cooker, I haven't even used my stove to cook a meal. The uses for this appliance are ENDLESS! My roasts are always tender and moist in about 40 minutes (from a frozen state) and I even pressure cook beans from beginning to end in about 40 minutes as well.

I love the fact I can pressure cook, stew, slow cook or just cook with my new Power Pressure Cooker. I totally love it and have purchased another one for a wedding gift. Thank you for manufacturing this cooker. It is truly the best appliance in my kitchen!!!

I love my powerpressure cooker. I'm in my 60's and have cooked many meals over the 45 years of being married and raising a family. I remember when the microwave came out and it was supposed to revolutionize the way we cooked. Well, it was a good invention and comes in handy. The crockpot was also a good thing, but the pressure cooker combines the best of both and still does even more. I have always canned fruit, veggies and meat and the pressure cooker passed the test. I canned beef stew meat and it took so much less time and almost no mess or constant checking. The end result was perfect. If you have never canned meat, give it a try. Coming home from work with your meal half ready is wonderful! I'm a busy person and the pressure cooker has given me back so much free time by doing the work for me and saving time. My only regret is that I did not purchase the XL cooker. It has a few extra features, but I love everything my cooker does do.

Ordered the pro as advertised on TV. Delivery was for the next machine down. Tried canning, 2of 6 failed. Tried recipes from recipe book, supposed to brown and cook chicken in 30 minutes but it took an hour and the rice was just mush. Don't know how to complain about this product or to whom to speak, but I sure would like to return it.

i recently cooked frozen bbq wings and rice in the pressure cooker and I'm satisfied. as i continued to used the cooker, i can give more feed back.

WON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN, THE PRESSURE COOKER IS FINE HOWEVER EVERYTHING ELSE THEY PROMISE NEVER EVEN CAME AND YOU CAN'T GET ANYONE TO ANSWER YOU VIA PHONE.

the worst purchase I have ever made. I bought my machine in April it came May 3rd with no instructions no cookbooks no way to use it I have called them 5 times every single time they lie to me and tell me I will be there in 2 weeks I swear. Now it is July 28th and still nothing. All this company does is lie.the worst purchase ever.
