The power pressure cooker works just like on TV! From freezer to table in from 17 to 45 minutes (depending on what you're cooking).

I ordered the power cooker in April of this year. Did not get it until Monday 7-21-14 because it was supposedly on back order. When I go it and opened it great anticipation, there was no instructions, cookbook, or canning book. So I called the number I found on the web site and was told that instructions and manuals would be sent immediately. It is now, one week later 7-22-14 and I still have not received the instructions. The power cooker is setting on the table and I am unable to use it because I do not have instructions. Could you please help?

First it took 2 months to get here. Instructions to add onto cook time does not appear to work correctly.or perhaps it could b a misprint?? Food sticks badly to the bottom of the pot The recipies I tried were terrible. Food was tasteless and under done. I most likely will b sending it back for a refund

You need to have a better cook book

As with any product i was a bit disappointed to find out they have already come out with a bigger and better one.

I was VERY disappointed. I already had a pressure cooker and love it! I wanted this one so I could can. All the hype about cook books and ability to can. The cook book was a small brochure type handout. No Canning tray - so...now I have to buy one (waste). Won't buy from these folks again. I get more for my money on nomorerack.com.

I ordered the power cooker on 4-7-14 it didn't ship until 4-25-14. Got it without the books on how to use it. Still being told they are on back order as of 7-19-14. Paid $129.98 found it at wal-mart.com for $79.80. Cooker works good but with out books I'm just experimenting.

Item works Great !! I did call three times and no one had any accurate info on the delivery date. Just said when the supplier comes through to them, then you will get yours.

We do like our pressure cooker. Only complaint is that it is completely different style than shown on tv. Handle, controls, ect. Also it only sometimes locks down to keep the steam in without us forcing it into place. That is a hassle. Not overall as easy to use as they show. Maybe its the quailty? i have no idea. We do overall enjoy making things in it.

Instructions booklet are hard to understand. Still having trouble learning how to get it to work. When I hope I got it to work I just cross my fingers and wait to see if I did it right. I wish there were a more detailed booklet to give instructions so people like me could understand.

Such product is reliable and easy to use, I am satisfied with my new cooking tool.

I have been using pressure cookers for years, mainly to can with. Thanks to Power Pressure Cooker I use it almost daily! The food is prepared fast, but even better tastes great! I would recommend The Power Pressure for novice and pro alike!

I was a little skeptical at first but being able to cook a meal in such short time made experimenting with this very appealing. I have very little experience with pressure cookers in general but so far I have not had any issues. I just wish I had more recepies.

They are a ripoff!!

They Send Me The Wrong Product. I Ordered The Power Pressure XL, And They Send Me The Power Cooker. I Called Them And They Said They Didn't Have The One I Ordered So They Send Me The Power Cooker Instead, Thinking I Wasn't Going To Notice.

I ordered 2 of these together, after over 2 months I finally received 1 unit.... STILL WAITING FOR SECOND ONE

the cooker is great .it works like you advertised. the only complaint I have is I did not receive the quick setup guide and receipe book.

I'm not very experienced with cooking but so far I have made rice pilaf and mac and cheese as well as the frozen hot wings. It couldn't be easier or faster and food tastes great, the rice is tender, I am looking forward to trying more recipes!

The unit we received was NOT the 'XL' model. It is not the same as in the ads on TV! It doesn't have as many 'buttons' to control things.
What we got is very well built and works great! So it wasn't worth a hassle to try to exchange it for what we ordered.
But it takes longer to 'warm up' than implied on TV. They give the impression that a meal will be ready in minutes - but they don't tell you that it will take about 15 minutes for the pressure to develop first. After pressure is up the cooking times are realistic - thouh not as fast as implied.
The cooking times in the included booklet appear to be per pound - not for the whole item as implied. So, if you have a roast, multiply the time in the booklet by the weight and all will work well.

It took six weeks before I received my pressure cooker. Very likely won't buy anything from this company!
