It was great to receive big help to solve my tech issues from POWR. I was informed that they were busy with other customers, but I got the help I needed to delete one of my apps I couldn’t do on my end. I like the communication I received. Problem was solved.

Great apps, Great support.
With my age, I usually struggle with technology, but that wasn’t the case here. The support was clear and the instructions were easy to follow, so I was able to get it working almost instantly.

As a brand new user, I've had to use the support feature twice and each time they were extremely helpful each time. The answers were detailed and easy to follow. Each time they took as much time as I needed to work though any troubleshooting.

Social Stream works great
I use Powr's social stream to integrate my Instagram on my website and it works fantastic! I had problems integrating it into Joomla at first, but the support helped me very quickly.
