Outstanding Support and Seamless Customization

Absolutely excellent support from the POWR team!

I had a fairly specific request involving custom JavaScript for my Shopify product pages, and they handled it quickly and professionally. The team reviewed the code, implemented it carefully, and even followed up to ensure everything was working perfectly.

Irina was especially helpful — clear communication, fast replies, and super courteous throughout the entire process.

Recently started using this app

I recently started using this app, and although I encountered a few issues, the customer service team (Mithsou) was extremely helpful and stayed with me until everything was resolved. The issue is now fixed, and I’m back on track.

Fantastic Support Experience (No Ai!)

While evaluating Powr.io products, I had a fantastic support experience. Mithsou answered my chat request promptly, allowed me to bounce ideas around, and provided me excellent responses. Either wasn't Ai, or Ai was so good, I couldn't tell. Even quickly provided me trial access to their premium versions of their products within minutes of me requesting it.

The forms are very poor

The forms are very poor. Customer service is very bad, with them accusing their customers of wild accusations. I just advise people to use caution when downloading any app, as it can be very dangerous to both your website safety and protecting personal information. This company needs to have some oversight, as of right now it is very poorly managed
