We had a unit fitted by one of their recommended suppliers. After a few months the unit stopped working. The supplier they recommended wasnt helping and they sent out another company. This company said that it had been installed incorrectly and that this wasn't the first time they had been out to a company A install... All this time company A were still on the website. The cost to get everything as it should be is £1500. Powrmatic are not offering any assistance with this bearing in mind it was one of their recommended suppliers that we used. And a recommended supplier that was still on their website.

I wouldn't recommend using Powrmatic especially as their ability to check their recommended suppliers isn't good and their unwillingness to help out with an issue that clearly isn't our fault.

Powrmatic Vision airconditioner heat pump, a great product that looks really stylish and isn't noisy. We have purchased these for 2 bedrooms and the lounge. No more sleepless nights during hot weather!

Powrmatic were very helpful in advising which model to select and pointed us in the direction of where best to buy from, as their website isn't setup for purchasing from directly.
