Mobex Removals Sydney
Unfortunately I booked Mobex for an interstate move from Victoria. They showed up hours late, didn't arrive until 6.30pm. There was zero communication from them. I phoned their office several times throughout the day but just went to voicemail. The actual removalists were ignorant slobs who didn't offer any apology for their lateness. They took 2 hours to load my belongings which has taken other removalists 40 minutes for the same amount of stuff. Mobex didn't allocate enough space in the truck so some belongings were left behind. I called the office to complain and the man who answered just laughed at me!!
Mobex offered me $1000 refund which unsurprisingly has never been received. I kept all their text messages and screenshot of supposed refund and took them to VCAT which I won. They couldn't even be bothered to be present at this hearing. Mobex have ignored the VCAT order so now a Warrant will be issued for the unpaid debt.
Mobex are unprofessional, don't communicate, ignorant, deceptive and dishonest. DON'T USE, AVOID!!!
