Pollack, Pollack, Isaac, and DeCicco, LLP, believes that the dreams of our clients are worth our greatest efforts. Those dreams have driven our clients to pursue a better future and so they deserve only our most dedicated labors. Our founder, Arthur Pollack, was born in Yonkers, NY but moved to Germany as a young child. Luckily, he escaped Nazi Germany in the 1930s, returning to America where he subsequently served the U.S. in World War II first as a paratrooper and, after the war, as a translator at the Nuremberg Trials. He was particularly well-suited for this role as he had a natural gift for languages, eventually becoming fluent in 13 different tongues. Later in life, following his graduation from law school as a result of the G.I. Bill, his facility in foreign languages led him to found a law firm specializing in U.S. immigration law. Arthur’s son, Conrad Pollack, graduated from Brooklyn Law School in the 1980s and joined his father’s firm. While both father and son looked forward to working together, unforeseen circumstances caused their time to be cut short. Arthur Pollack passed away soon after, leaving Conrad in charge of the firm at the young age of 26 years old. Under his management, however, the firm rapidly expanded. Conrad was quickly joined by renowned litigator Brian J. Isaac (head of the appellate department) and Fred A. DeCicco (head of real estate / commercial law department), and together they officially established Pollack, Pollack, Isaac & DeCicco, LLP. They have since established a very successful personal injury department, headed by Adam S. Handler (“The Case Handler”), as well as expanded into various other legal fields. Today, PPID is a full-service law firm that represents a diverse field of clients across the globe and is recognized as one of the “Best Law Firms” in New York City by U.S. News and World Report – Best Lawyers®. Our law firm is a full-service law firm representing clients across the globe. Our practice areas include U.S. immigration, personal injury, real estate/commercial law, appellate litigation, criminal defense, employment law, wills & trusts, and uncontested divorces. Over half a century of practicing law has equipped our firm with essential proficiency for the success of your case.

I felt like the most important client ever!

I have said it before, and it was true in today's hearing as usual - Pollack, Pollack, Isaac & DeCicco, LLP has the very best lawyer I have ever encountered. Before my situation, I had worked with many of the top corporate law firms and even with legendary named partners for nearly 25 years. Your representation in this most important case of my life is unmatched.

Jillian Rosen, today you were brilliant and beyond prepared with your clear and concise legal arguments, insightful case law research, and the right level of assertiveness and poise with the Appellate judges.

At a time when I needed it the most, you and Brian Isaac provided smart strategies, insightful judgement, and tangible and material client support.

I feel like your most important client, and for that I cannot thank you enough.

The bottom line is that you have made me feel comfortable and very well represented, you never let me down and you stayed true to your words.

Lawyers Who Care ...

I can honestly say that my experience with Adam Handler and Matthew Goodstein was exceptional. I was treated with the utmost respect and they never lied to me about my case. They worked hard to settle my case and even when I lost faith in my case they persevered and gave it their all. Sandra and Ava were also very sweet and well informed with all that was going on and gave updates and kept me well informed when I needed information pertaining to my physical therapy and doctors appointments. There was never a time I called and needed to speak to my lawyers and never heard from them. I appreciated the accessibility to being in touch with the team and would recommend them to my friends and family members. If you are looking for a team who will fight for you when you need representation, do not hesitate to reach out to Adam Handler "The Case Handler."
