Building Survey Report.

The survey proved to be thorough but where an examination of a component could not be achieved, it was dulie noted. If further research was indicated, ways to achieve that were offered. The report demonstrated how knowledgable he is and very experienced.
There were over 80 pages to read through, but concerns were summarised at the end of the sections.

Buyer survey

I asked for a survey as a first time buyer. Got a call from the office to discuss the process then I booked in. I also got a call from the guy doing the inspection before hand asking if there was any concerns or plans for the house. After the inspection I got a call with findings and updates. The report followed a few days later. Nice after sales call too off Sarah to ask if I was happy with the service or wanted to discuss findings further . Would definitely use again top notch service.
