The Experience overall was efficient and on-time with good periodic communications. Dallas and David arrived 1/2 day earlier than originally scheduled which was fine, providing us with our new puppy along with the necessary paperwork and some dog food as part of a quick turnover process. The puppy looked happy to be at her new home given the long ride from Indiana to California which must have been stressful for her. Can’t really comment about much else as we only saw the delivery vehicle briefly. Not sure whether I’d take this delivery path again or fly our pup home next time. But the process worked pretty much as described and seemed fairly cost-effective. If I did this again, I'd ask many more questions regarding the transportation process and environment. How often do the dogs get fed? How do they go to the bathroom? Can they see anything beside the dark interior of a van? Do they get human contact during the trip? What does the interior of the transport van and the puppies individual space look like?

I had a great experience with Premier Pet Transport LLC and especially want to thank Sebastian and Buck for safely delivering my cocker spaniel puppy to Georgia.

They were friendly, professional, and clearly experienced. What stood out most was the condition my puppy arrived in—clean, smelling fresh, and very happy. After a couple of days in transport, I expected some stress, but he was calm and adjusted immediately.

They were even able to deliver him the evening before his scheduled delivery, which I really appreciated.

Communication was clear, delivery was smooth, and the entire process felt reliable and well handled. It gave me a lot of peace of mind knowing my puppy was in good hands.

I would absolutely recommend Premier Pet Transport to anyone needing safe, professional pet transport.

David and Dallas did a wonderful job transporting my maltipoo from Minnesota to California. They kept me updated, took great care of my pup, and even arrived ahead of schedule!

WOW!! Clinton and Austin are truly the best in the business. They loved and cared for our new puppy like it was their own and it was evident with their communication and delivery. Clinton and Austin delivered my puppy today! They communicated throughout the transportation process and explained everything upon arrival. The service was top notch and if/when I decide to add another addition, I will request these two gentlemen. The puppy was very clean and well cared for during the delivery. Buck and Sebastian were professional and courteous. They called us because they were in the earlier and asked if wanted an earlier delivery. Of course we accepted the offer. They arrived when they said would and delivered our pup and extra food. Many thanks, Buk and Sebastian....safe travels!

Dallas and David were great. They delivered our puppy 9pm instead of 9am the next morning. Had his food, blanket and all the Vet stuff. Very smooth and easy handoff. We couldn’t have been happier!!🐶🐶
