Bad buying and returning experience

First time buying from prada.com and I confirm regarding other bad reviews, that I have terrible experience there. First of all it took one week to confirm and ship my order. Item didn't fit, made return. Already 5 days they have my return, and no information at all when it gonna be processed, on what's app customer service says to wait. So sad that I didn't read all these bad reviews before buying from this store, I have feeling that I will have to wait long and frustrating time to get back my refund. Miumiu.com is the same organization like prada.com, same owner, same online stores layout, same return instructions etc, and there is no problem, when they get your return, same or at least next day it is processed, but not in prada.com. so, NEVER AGAIN BUYING there.

Paid for product but no item.

I bought a pair of sneakers. Firstly they sat in a depo for 5 days as they did not put my building number on the delivery label. When I sorted this they sent me an email to say item would be delivered on the 03rd. I then got an email to say the item was delivered on the 01st. No delivery was present. When I contacted Prada they said the item was delivered and I had signed for it. I asked for the proof they could not provide it. Then I was told to check with my neighbours but I questioned why a calling card was not left. Then they discovered the courier had left it in the garden but could not tell me who or why a premium product would be left in public view. I had informed them I had no product. They say they will investigate. DHL called me 10 days later and said Prada had given them my contact after 10 days yet I was deemed as priority??????? After 30 days of not receiving my product I was told that the driver had spoken to someone and they said leave it in the garden. All courier companies now take recordings video or pictures to prove the delivery yet again no evidence was provided. I was also accused of signing for the product yet again they could not provide me with evidence just an invoice with my name on it. Now I have been told to go to the police !!!!!!!! These people are a joke they go against all of there brand values they are not considerate or show any empathy. Do not buy a product from these people. After a month I have no product and they have my money. To try and contact them is a nightmare they do not have a freephone number by purpose and there we chat is on repeat. What do you do ?

They received my shoes march 13th and it march 28th still no refund now I have to wait for a team leader to call me back cause I want my fn money y’all getting too much money to not wanna give a refund I bet if the machine wasn’t working to take payments it would’ve been fixed same day na it’s time to give us our money back it’s go take weeks this some bs

Return nightmare

I made a return for the America’s cup sneaker. The item arrived back at Prada on the 12th of March. It is now the 27th. I reached out to Prada and was told it could take an additional 2 weeks. That is ridiculous considering the fact that I purchased a bag and the sneaker in the right size, so it’s like I paid for the same shoe twice.

I purchased a card holder on chain

I purchased a card holder on chain. The chain popped the first day out the box, I contacted Prada and told them I wanted to start a return first I was told to ship the item back, then I received a email from someone else saying don’t send it back yet we need to discuss with the warehouse. Then I informed them it was already in the mail being sent back they say ok fine. The tracking says they received it Tuesday it is now Friday and no one has reached out to me about a refund or repairing the chain etc. I’m so done with them. I better get my money back or a repaired item asap. NEVER will I spend money with them again.

PRADA IS FRAUDALANT

I bought sandals from Prada in January 2024. The sandals were too small for my feet so I returned them the same day...with tag attached. I called 2x in Feb and they said that the sandals were received and to expect a return. The 3rd call, the agent placed me on hold, hung up, and never called me again. I called my credit card company after the phone call and reported that Prada has not given my return and it is over the promised timeframe regarding return. Come today March 5, 2024 - my brother in law signed off a package that was delivered to our home. It was the Prada sandals! A note was included saying they did not accept my return because it was NOT returned in unused and original condition. That is FALSE! The time I wore the sandals was in my house to check the size and that is it. Prada is fraudulent to not accept my return when I honored the return policy. Never did they contact me regarding sending me back my return. I have made returns to RL, Saks, Revolve, and La Pointe and never had a problem returning items purchases online. Many retailers email me updates on the return process. I received NOTHING from Prada except a paper note saying they did not process the return.

My experience with Prada and their…

My experience with Prada and their customer service has been nothing short of a nightmare. I ordered a specific perfume, in a 90mL, only to receive a completely different fragrance in a 30mL bottle. Not only was the product wrong, but it was also the wrong mL. I immediately contacted their customer service to rectify the issue, hoping for a quick resolution in January 2024. Despite emails and numerous phone calls, it's now March 2024, and there is no resolution. The lack of communication and accountability from Prada's customer service team is appalling. It feels like I ordered and have been dealing with Wish instead of Prada, at least then my expectations would have been appropriately low.

Very poor service and poor quality

Bought expensive white Prada shoes with black soles. These soles immediately showed black on the white of the shoes. Shoes sent to Prada after email contact on 8-7-2023. After 8 emails and 3 calls, the shoes were finally returned on February 14, 2024 as they were, with a letter dated September 1, 2023 stating that nothing could be done about it.
and that there is therefore no production error.
If you buy shoes for €700, you don't expect them to deteriorate. So in addition to bad service, also very poor quality.

Hope I could give Prada.com negative star. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM ONLINE!!!!!! Originally I was planned to buy in store, so I called to see which store have my items, but customer service stated none of my items are in stock and available at all boutiques, insisted me to place order online. so Ordered online on 1/25, they never shipped almost 1 month!!! called customer service 5 times, 1st and 3rd time said will be ready to ship soon, 4th time said will be ready to pick up in store in 2 days (which is they LIED), the last time customer service said they do not know the status at all!!! Asked me to contact the store directly, and the store's answered is the same, they do not know nothing!!! last week I found out every single store have my items in stock. I tried to cancel my online order and purchase in store, but they said I cannot cancel!!! This is ridiculously situation!

Do not buy from online website

If you want to buy prada, go to a department store/department store website. Prada online has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. It transfers you to Italy and I spoke to a lady who refused to give me her first name. From the moment she picked up the phone she was shouting at me with a very bad attitude. She asked me what the issue was and I was very calm and explained, meanwhile she was shouting over me saying "you are wrong" even though there was nothing to be wrong about. She blamed my credit card company who I phone and they said prada online haven't updated their payment system and so transactions are likely to not go through as it is extremely outdated. I asked the lady on the phone if there was someone else I could speak to as I really only had a small issue and so couldn't understand why she was being rude and screaming and then she just hung up the phone on me. I'm extremely surprised at this and assume that this was a staff member who was having some kind of mental health episode. But prada do need to investigate this as she is client facing on the online phone line.

Poor customer service

I ordered a shirt online. it came with a hole. and now I am fighting with them to prove that it has not been worn and that they must return the money or exchange it for another one, without a defect. however, they do not engage in any language. I have to deliver the shirt to the store (although there is not a single Prada store in my country). and then they will send her for an examination. is it regrettable to seek justice after paying 980eu?
How they treat customers- it's really sad and poor.

Prada has the worse return policy. If you buy a gift for someone from the store it’s 14 days and offline it is 30 days. Please check your receipt and policies before doing business with this company. You will be out money and have a product you can’t use. Angry 😡 comsumer

Receiving a credit back is a nightmare

I have purchased items successfully from Prada, many times over the years. As long as you intend to keep the item, you should be fine. Should you choose to return and seek a refund, "Buyer Beware." I purchased something as simple as a tube of lipstick from their online site. Not only did they not ship this item, they never issued a refund for the $50 lipstick.They said they do not ship to PO Boxes. That's fine. I submitted my physical address but never heard from them again. Finally, after 8 weeks of multiple emails requesting a refund or the item, I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. WTH.

Never buy anything online

Never buy anything online! they only have a 30 days return policy to start with, but even worse if you open the package or try something on they won't return it even if it is their fault. I order a medium size galleria bag and got a small one. I through teh bag and the tag as I didn't realize it immediately but looking atthe mirror something wasn't fitting. I decided to not use it and leave the plastic sealings until I could compare it with the medium size I had in my home country. obviously the bag was the wrong size and I contacted customer supposrt explaining exactly what happened, what I had thrown away, what I had kept. they asked me pictures of the bag which I wasted my time taking, to show that the bag was never worn and with the plastics sealings still on and yet after multiple email they said that neither the exchange nor the refund were possible as teh original box and tag were not on. Btw excluding the plastic sealings, even if I were such a broke ass that would wear the bag with those still on, on their saffiano galleria, as soon as you put something inside the bag will not be rigid anymore and will shape differently. But yet, the 5 euros, baby blue, cartoon box and the tag.... they make for the whole 3.6k price tag and Prada's mistake, how stupid am I not not grasp this concept!

Very poor service

A bag was sent without one of the straps. For a brand like Prada, I expected a lot more. No one answers the phone. It takes days for them to reply to emails. I am returning my purchase as a result.

Prada's delivery service is nothing…

Prada's delivery service is nothing short of a nightmare. After placing an order, I was hopeful that I would receive my purchase promptly. However, the delivery was repeatedly delayed for days, and their customer support was shockingly unresponsive, providing no useful information whatsoever. Given the exorbitant prices of their products, this level of service is absolutely unacceptable. I would strongly advise against using Prada's delivery service if you have any alternatives.

Big brand, Big robber !!!

My spouse bought me Prada sunglasses as a birthday gift. Naturally, I opened and tried them on. However, they didn't suit me and didn't look good. So, I wanted to exchange them for a different model. Since the sunglasses were purchased online, they said I could only return them. I explained the situation and mentioned that I had only tried them on. They didn't mention that they don't accept returns for tried products. Consequently, when I returned the sunglasses, they rejected the return claiming that the package was opened and the sunglasses were used. Despite my insistence that I had not used them and had only tried them on, they repeated the same automated response in an email and didn't listen. They even stated that one reason for not accepting the return was that the arms of the sunglasses were loose.

As a major brand, they should be ashamed of noticing and using that as an excuse!! There's only a 4-day gap between receiving the fame and the return period. How much could I have possibly used and loosened the sunglasses in just 4 days???

When I wrote about this, the customer service stated that they have closed the case. When I expressed my desire to pursue my rights, they responded with the following sentence:

“If you are willing to continue the investigation on your own, you can as from our part we have closed the case”

For such a big brand to send such a subpar product and then disregard the customer and not care is a huge lack of respect.

Prada is not a brand, it's a robber!!

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DELIVERY

I am flabbergasted that a designer brand has such poor customer service and delivery. Prada won't deliver items to a parcel locker, which isn't made clear on the site, but to make matters worse, they can't change your delivery address after you order. I've exchanged multiple emails with the confused service team, and they are insisting they have to cancel my order. AVOID SHOPPING WITH THEM. They are yet to solve my problem.
