Don't bother!

Don't sign anything or give them your name. It will cost 49.99 whether you want it or not. I sent them an email and have not heard anything. And there is nothing on there that helped with sleep. In fact the bedtimes stories were spooky and the relaxation music was awful. DON'T BOTHER!

UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES WITH LACK OF RESPONSE

Did the free trial through Google. Didn't want to pay the $49.99. Cancelled in plenty of time. Credit Card was charged the fee anyway. Followed the directions to get refund from Google. Google was very responsive and it was determined Google did not charge me the annual fee. Pray com charged me. Reached out to Pray com weekly for over a month. Got one response from Matt/Matthew with directions to get refund from Google which I had explained in my initial contact was already done and it was determined PRAY COM processed the charge. Have sent them photos of the Google cancellation of the Free Trial, the line item on my CC statement cleary showing PRAY COM listed. Been nothing but silence from these folks of 'Christian integrity'. I see others have been having financial issues also. At this point I have to assume they have stolen my money.

Unethical business

This is a scam and an unethical business. Communication about the expiration of the free 30 day trial was sent to my google email account that is not my primary account for communicating. Because of this I wasn't aware that trial had ended. When I reach out to request a refund because I got an alert that something had been charged to my credit card they refused to credit my account. How could I cancel the free trail before it ended if I didn't know the time was up. I contacted them immediately when I received the alert and cancelled the account. I requested a refund yet they were not flexible or understanding and refused to refund the cost for the yearly access. Because they won't refund the charge I am paying for something I am not using or have access to. BEWARE. It is unGodly to fly under the name of the Lord and treat people this way.

Scammers have free reign here

There are many scammers on here. I have reported them , and yet they still advertise. From the complaints that I am reading, I am beginning to be concerned that the site itself s a big scam. I was threatened by one Jason B, who has used several different phone numbers. He ask that people give him access to personal account information. Why have you not banned him? If you agree with scammers using this site, maybe you are a scammer also.

I had my Church setup a giving option…

I had my Church setup a giving option through Pray.com snd that option suddenly disappeared. Whats worse is I’ve had members of my Church give using their app and that money never went into the church account and Pray has made no effort to respond to the emails i have sent. I’m growing concerned because it’s been weeks and still nothing.

Site problems

I have liked the bible stories but I cannot get the music to play. No audio. Please get back to me and help me with this app. Many people seem to feel the app is a scam. Please help.
One of my news sources advertises pray.com and I hope they were not mislead. Thank you. God bless you for fixing the problems.

Tricky and deceitful

I just signed up and it said after seven days I would be charged $49.99. There was no way on the screen to decline. I deleted the app. Hopefully they won’t try charging me. It never says Pray.com anywhere either. Only Abide.

I didn't realize it was a free trial…

I didn't realize it was a free trial with subscription. I was charged $83 a year and now it is impossible to cancel and get a refund. They emailed me to teach me how to cancel the subscription but it doesn't work Disappointed. I trust they will do the honorable thing and help me get a refund.

Do not waste your money

I enjoyed the free trial. And paid $49. for the yearly subscription. From the get-go I had problems opening the application. Once they fixed it I still could not use the Bedtime Stories. And then I couldn't get into anything. Totally frustrating. And of course they directed me to Google--- and I did not order the app through Google. I have contacted them three times to get my money back and all they do is make me an offer for a discount yearly subscription. I am still hassling and trying to find a way to get my money back for something that doesn't even work. My advice is don't buy it.

I tried the free trail and did not like…

I tried the free trail and did not like the product. I picked a story to listen to and it had the same story back to back in two different bible versions.
I reached out to support for a refund and they sent me a link to apple refund that didn’t work. I don’t think someone is assigned to monitor request - it took some time for anyone to respond. (There were other issues where I couldn’t get to anything)
So basically they charged my account for 49.90 and it seems they have removed themselves from any obligation! Don’t buy this product- they are quick in charging your account but take absolutely no responsibility! Emailing links isn’t customer service or standing by your product- why do I need to request a refund from Apple- didn’t pray.com get paid from Apple?

SCAM. Waiting for Refund.

Since I see Pray.com is responding here.. I thought I would try... This company, unfortunately, is a SCAM. I purchased the product for a dear friend and requested a refund as her credit card was required to activate. I have heard nothing from anyone at this company after countless attempts to seek remuneration. It's terrible that in times like this where many of us are seeking to strengthen our Faith, there are those who take advantage of that vulnerability.
