Avoid!

Horrendous delivery service. Waited 2 days in a row because it kept saying failed attempt even though I was home. Now my package says delivered and signed which is also not true as I never signed anything. Wish Amazon would stop using this company!

Completely unreliable service

Completely unreliable service. My shipment was marked delivered but never received, and the company failed to provide any proof. Customer service was dismissive, unhelpful, and avoided responsibility at every step.

Being told to file a police report instead of getting actual support says everything about how this company treats its customers. No accountability, no transparency, no professionalism.

I would never trust this company again.

Fake package delivered

Package said it was delivered, but the photo shows a small envelope (rather than a 45" monitor)! It was also delivered 1 km away claiming it's a "safe location".

Customer support and manager were polite and friendly. But it seems likely that there is a thief somewhere in the supply chain.

Would give 0 stars if I could

Would give 0 stars if I could. "Service" is a joke (Windsor area).

I have noted in my Amazon profile to deliver to the side door, the additional comments say ***DO NOT DELIVER TO FRONT DOOR***, my address label reads "my street address ***SIDE DOOR***" and there is now (thanks to these guys) a sign on my front door, eye level from the sidewalk, that says ***ALL DELIVERIES TO SIDE DOOR***

Well, in December and January, they delivered 23 Amazon packages, and each and every one of them has been tossed on my front porch. At least they are consistent?

I also have video of a couple of drivers standing on my sidewalk and frisbeeing my packages onto the front porch (just to add insult to injury).

I have reached out to Amazon numerous times and each time they assure me they will "talk to the service" and "this will never happen again, we promise" but, no surprise, nothing changes.

I emailed customer service at Precision outlining my frustration (including pictures of damaged packages and the communication for where to deliver) and I got, "Please provide the tracking number so we can assist you"...which means they obviously didn't read the complaint (so I sent them all 21 tracking numbers at that time, since they were so interested in "assisting me"). I was told that they were going to "retrain that driver" (because it was only one? and retrain them to what? read? follow directions? do their job with some pride?) so clearly I wasn't confident that any action would be taken.

I had 2.5 blissful weeks of no ASL deliveries (only Dragonfly, who ALWAYS follow instructions and take care of my parcels) and then, this week, I received 2 from ASL and wouldn't you know it...both plopped on my front porch in the only part of the porch that has snow.

They obviously do not care about the safety or care of your parcels, nor take any accountability. I wish I could bar them from accepting my shipments (Amazon claims they cannot).

Package missing for 30 days, no response

This company is subcontracted to Amazon for deliveries and I'm pretty much positive that they don't even have a functioning complaint or issue resolution department. Instead, they want to wait you out. They know that eventually you'll get tired and request a refund from Amazon before the 30-day limit passes. It's a simply genius cost-cutting measure.

However, it's also no way to run a company. I can't even estimate how much of my time they wasted. The natural consequence of their process is that I'm now far more hesitant to buy from Amazon and honestly I might cancel any orders that have them running distribution.

I think they lost my package

my package was first "out for delivery" on December 6 but no delivery was attempted. It showed out for delivery for many days (with no attempted delivery) until December 13 when the tracking updates just stopped. It is December 19 now and I have contacted customer service twice but they just brush me off and tell me to keep my eye on tracking! I suspect that they have lost my package.

Don't order anything from a site using this company or DHL as their courier service

This company is somehow affiliated to DHL. Not sure if they are part of DHL or a company that is sub-contracted by DHL. Regardless - HORRIBLE service. They have had a package for me in their hands since November 27th and despite phoning and speaking with one of their customer service agents (who had a crying child in the background - how professional), still nothing. It has been showing as "out for delivery" for 2 days and counting. I am going to keep hounding them.

Very bad delivery service and customer service

The driver left the package on the floor in front of the building’s unlocked entrance door. He didn’t ring or knock. I sent a message to the company to complain about this poor service. In their reply, they sent me a photo showing the package, which takes up about two‑thirds of the frame, clearly taken outside. They presented this as proof of delivery. They also told me to contact the seller if I have any issue. The customer service representative completely ignored my complaint.
