My contract (J21101543) was cancelled - supposedly, although your company has not officially notified me of that.
My repair (oil pan replacement) was done by one of your "preferred" providers who is not even close to me. It was not covered - and I had the "Plus" plan.
I am told by the auto dealer who sold me the policy that it will take two weeks plus to get my money back.
So, I paid money nearly two months ago for coverage that is not being honored. I get to pay for said repair, but you are holding my money. And you can't have the courtesy to talk with me about any of this?
UPDATE: I am told on the phone that I was cancelled because I had push plates. The dealer who sold the policy called your representative (SC, I think), who said that would not be a problem as I do not plow commercially. He also told the dealer that there would be coverage on the oil pan up to a certain dollar limit. There was no coverage - I drove out of the way to a "preferred" provider even. When I tried to cancel my policy, I was told no, that I could not because I had tried to make a claim. So, the policy could not be cancelled by me because I tried to make a claim that you denied. But you can dishonor a policy when the customer does what you ask?

From a repair facilities point of view PWI is always great to work with. Quick approvals, quick payments. All of my customers are always happy that they don't have to pay 100% of the cost of a covered repair.
