Selling a mobile phone
I had to start with a Google search to find a company who might be interested.
I selected a site which provided comparison prices from several companies based on the model and the condition. For my handset, a Google Pixel 3xl, Preloved Tech offered the best price. They provided a prepaid postal pack and contacted me on the phone's arrival to say that it would go through a review to assess whether it justified the value they had placed on it unseen.
Today they sent me an email to say that everything was fine and that they would pay the money to my account.
A simple process and a trouble-free way of selling a phone.

Thank you for your candid review, and you wont hear many companies replying in this way, but we agree with your review on this occasion.
I can only apologise for the unusually slow response to your recycle order. You can see from our 96% 5-star reviews that in 96% of the time we provide a 5-star service. But we hold our hands up when that slips, which it did in this case.
A combination of a very busy few weeks, staff holidays and a bank holiday meant our lead time for payments did slip by a few days and resulted in your order dragging on for a few days longer than it should of. The positive aspect is that the order was processed succesfully, and payment was made, albeit a few days later than we promise to pay. Also, we hold our hands up when things dont go to plan our side.
So again, sorry for the slight delay in processing your order and we do appreciate your honest review.
