Take pictures of your phone before sending
I've always looked after my phones. Always kept them in cases and well looked after. Sent my old phone to these guys as it seemed quick and easy and they offered a good price. Received an email a few days after sending them my old phone saying the phone was in bad condition along with a picture. There is absolutely no way the phone was as badly scratched and scuffed when I sent it as the picture showed. I would 100% send the phone as poor condition or even just bin it if it was in the condition that the picture showed. Reluctantly I accepted the lower offer as there's no way I could sell the phone in the condition it was in the picture. They claimed it was damage caused by the case which is absolute rubbish. How can a phone get that scuffed and scratched from sitting in a flip style case? If you decide to take a risk with this lot then take plenty of pictures before sending your old tech off.

I have looked into your order and your old phone did indeed did present with some excessive wear which mean it fell into our fair grading criteria. The email we sent you to inform you of the slight downgrade in price was accompanied with detailed images highlighing the areas of wear taken by our technical team.
The regraded price was there to be accepted or rejected. We always give our customer an honest review of their device and leave it to you to say yes or no. If you had rejected the offer your device would have been sent back completely free of charge for you to try and secure a better price for it elsewhere.
On this occasion, you accepted the regraded price and this was paid immediately into your bank.
Im very sorry that on this occasion you havent felt satisfied with the service, however we are 100% transparent in the service we provide, hence 97% of our customers being extremely happy with their experiences, rating us 5/5.
