Haven't had delivery yet but booked in for a few days time but Abdul on customer services was very helpful and polite.

The customer service agent I spoke to was Abdul Rehman is customer service was absolutely fantastic. Explained everything how my delivery will be done what time it will be delivered approximately very polite very respectful a really good company to deal with and the agents are very good thank you for an outstanding service.

I contacted them and asked if they could arrange for the mattress to be delivered on 4th August, as it is my daughter’s birthday and I wanted it to arrive in time for her special day. Laiba was very polite and kindly agreed to my request.

Rehman Khan was very helpful in getting me the delivery date I wanted and ensuring I will be contacted the day before to advise if a time slot.

Great customer service and helping me pick which delivery would be best for me, spoke me through everything and made sure i was happy before my payment was made, Rehman Khan was very very helpful and assured everything was right and very good customer service

Received a call from Rehman Khan to book my delivery after ordering some bedding furniture, he was able to offer various options for the delivery slot and it was confirmed and arranged in no time, very pleased with service overall.

I am very disappointed with this experience.

I bought the garden set based on a listing that showed only one image and did not explain that the cushions are loose, lightweight and unsecured. That is an important feature, and if it had been made clear before purchase, I would not have ordered it. In my view, this amounts to false advertising because the product was presented in a way that was misleading and did not accurately reflect what was being sold.

When I raised this as a complaint, my concern was not properly addressed. I was told the set was not faulty and offered a partial 5% refund or a reduced collection charge. That did not resolve the issue, as my complaint was about the lack of clear and accurate product information.

I asked for the collection fee to be waived in full, which I believe was a fair and reasonable request, but this was refused.

Overall, I found the response unhelpful and disappointing.

Rehman Khan called to arrange the delivery and was super helpful. I added the option to have purchase taken upstairs and he told the drivers to let me know when they were 15 mins away. All went very smoothly and the tracking app was very helpful. Delivery drivers polite and overall a good experience with this company.
