Book arrived well packaged and in great condition. It arrived months after the posted date of when the signed copies would ship. I totally understand postponements when you're waiting on celebrities to take the time for autographing. However, I do encourage Premiere Collectibles to keep their customers informed on the status of their order, especially when it's delayed for months.

Was happy to learn that Premiere Collectibles is legit. The item came exactly as expected. Would buy from them again

Vinyl sleeve came bent and warped. Thankfully vinyl was undamaged. Need better shipping!!!!

The framing of the Lou Gramm colored vinyl album along with the album cover was not good. The verbiage in the center of colored vinyl album was upside down in comparison to the album cover itself. I will have to have the company that does all of my shadow boxing redo it. Very disappointing as I will not be able to hang it until it is able to be rearranged appropriately.

The product was shipped promptly after the author's signature was fulfilled. It took a just little while for fulfillment, naturally, since it was an autographed book. But the estimated time from Premier Collectibles was accurate, and the product was received in mint condition, well-protected. No problems in transit, and it arrived as expected.

From the time when I placed the preorder to when it was due to ship, my shipping address changed. I communicated this with the support team, and they said that it was updated. Once the order shipped, the tracking info found on both the Shop and Route apps showed that it was headed to the new shipping address. However, the order was instead sent to my former mailing address. While it wasn't much of a hassle to retrieve the order, it did leave me with some confusion. I mentioned this to the support team and they said they would have a look, but nothing was ever heard back about what caused the mix up

Book came bent! Like the spine is curved. Shipped in a bag with absolutely no protection to avoid damage.

I always get my books that I order. When I have a question, they always answer.

Very happy with my book order! Ordering was a breeze, pricing is very fair and my book arrived today in excellent condition with Mamie’s purple signature. I am over the moon with this purchase!

⭐ Very disappointing experience with packaging and customer service

Unfortunately, this is not the first time I’ve received a damaged collectible from Premier Collectibles, and despite raising concerns about packaging previously, the same thing has happened again.

I ordered a signed Serj Tankian vinyl, which arrived damaged. The outer box was clearly crushed/stepped on during transit, but what made the situation worse was the lack of adequate protective packaging inside the box. For a valuable signed collectible, I expected much better protection.

I had specifically asked Premier Collectibles to take extra care with the packaging because of the problems I had experienced previously. Unfortunately, that request appears to have been ignored.

I contacted customer service and was told to make a claim through their shipping protection provider, Tag. I understand that shipping insurance may deal with transit damage, but the packaging itself was done at Premier Collectibles' warehouse, and in my opinion the inadequate packaging contributed significantly to the item arriving damaged.

I have already submitted the claim and am now waiting for a resolution. I have been patient, but I really shouldn’t have to chase between different companies to resolve an issue with an order I purchased from Premier Collectibles.

I hope Premier Collectibles takes this seriously and improves their packaging standards, particularly for signed and collectible items. Customers paying a premium for these products should be able to expect them to arrive safely and in the condition advertised.

Very disappointing, especially because this has happened to me more than once.

I wanted to update my original review now that this situation has been resolved.

Unfortunately, my initial experience was very disappointing. The signed Serj Tankian vinyl I originally received arrived damaged, and I was particularly concerned because I had previously experienced a damaged collectible from Premier Collectibles and had specifically asked for extra care with the packaging.

I raised my concerns with customer service and was initially directed to make a claim through their shipping protection provider, Tag. While I understood that the claim process was necessary, I still felt that the inadequate internal packaging had contributed to the damage and that I shouldn’t have had to chase between different companies to resolve the issue.

Thankfully, I can now say that the replacement arrived safely and was packed very well. I was pleased to see that the replacement was properly protected, which is exactly what I had hoped for with a valuable signed collectible in the first place.

I also appreciate Premier Collectibles' response to my original review. They acknowledged my concerns about the packaging and said they would review the experience with their team. It’s good to see that the replacement was handled with much more care.

So, while the original experience was frustrating and I still feel the packaging of the first order fell short, I’m happy to give credit where it’s due. The replacement arrived in good condition and was packaged properly.

PS: I’m adding this update because I think it’s only fair to acknowledge when a company puts things right. Although the original experience was disappointing, the replacement was packaged well and arrived safely, and I appreciate that.
