From the first survey, to measuring up, and to the windows and doors being fitted, the team kept me consistently updated throughout. All agreed dates were adhered too with no hassle at all. Great company to order from. The initial contact was easy and from the appointment at the start to measuring up and then having them fitted all went very smooth. The fitter was excellent and did a fantastic job. Having the Grey colour has totally transformed the house from top to bottom also the composite door looks amazing and such a high finish. The prices are very competitive and windows and doors are of a very high standard,Don't delay and give them a call you won't be disappointed

We were really happy with the quality of service, product and installation of our windows. There were several complicated windows to fit but the fitters were able to explain and involve us in the decisions and it turned out better than we'd hoped.

Excellent service from the off, with regular communication and overall a very smooth and easy process. We particularly appreciated the electronic documentation which made quotes/ contracts easy to review and file away.

First class service!

Years ago I had a terrible experience having a bay window fitted, this left trauma anything window/construction related. After purchasing our new house, I needed all new windows on the back of the house and a set of french doors. Knowing this I was very anxious about the window company I should choose.

After seeing an advert on Facebook from Premier Living, I got in touch. Within a few hours Rhikki got in contact with myself for a chat and a time/date suitable to have a look & measure up. I found Rhikki really accommodating and understanding as I work long unsociable hours, but that was no problem as he worked round me.

After a great visit with Rhikki (was very understanding of my previously bad experience and continually reassured me) he promptly got a formal quote over. A great price and again able to work around my schedule with the fitting of the windows/french doors.

Overall, what I am trying to say is I am so happy that I went with Premier Living. Like stated previously, I had a back experience BUT Premier Living have restored my faith!

You won’t regret going with these guys!

Used this company for a full house of windows and doors. No pushy sales rep like a lot of window companies. They just came, measured up and took our specifications and gave us a quote a couple of days after which we were happy with. Communication was great throughout the process and we are extremely happy with the finished product. Thank you Premier Windows. Would highly recommend.

This company put all new windows in my son’s house and did a wonderful job! Their service was great from start to finish and they were very professional all round. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.
