They have a very bad communication I sent emails after emails no one replies or answers the phones. I try calling the phone number it does not work it says “this phone number is invalid”. very bad customer service. Can’t even find out if my package has been sent cause they don’t let me know anything. Don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again.

On 2 occasions they have sent me the wrong length just because shorter was not in stock without courtesy of calling me prior. They pulled every tactic to avoid me returning and covering postage and just wore me down to the point I had to install the wrong length. I recommended them to a lot of friends and installers and sent £1000s business their way but service is now appalling, I no longer shop here and buy direct from China.

I ordered some hair and I was very pleased with how it looked, I had it weaved in and made sure I followed every care instruction so I could get the best use out of it. Within 7 days of having the hair weaved in it was matted and ruined. I contacted the company for advice and was told it was my own fault and they would do nothing.
Before I ordered this product I don’t a lot of research and contacted the company and asked many questions in needed help with and it now seems everything they told me was a lie. They have fobbed me off and do not care about the £250+ that I have now wasted.
Do not waste your time with these products.

Was really disappointed,because i ordered for 8pieces of hair and i received 7pieces,so My question is WHO protect My money to make sure What i pay for is What i recieve?because the Way My case was handled it was like your word against mine

I was really disappointed, because I felt there is on one to protect my money! I ordered hair, 8pieces,i received 7pieces,and all they could tell me was the weight was correct for 8 pieces, the package was not broken, so my question to them is who is there to confirm what the customer pays for is what she receives, coz when you order, it's pieces not in kgs?

Amazing hair doesnt tangle can near enough go all day without brushing this hair is everything😍😍

Pretty good hair but hard to lift

Having to buy new hair as the processing time vs the hair isn’t good enough to with stand it.

The quality it good but the picture for me with the 360 was convincing , but when I receive the hair it was less body . . I bought weave from the company it was perfect , only this product I wasn't fully satisfied .

Hair gets to you on time, but starts to look dry after first wash.

If you care about your money, DON'T give it to this company.

I am unsure how these scam artists have managed to get such a high rating on Trustpilot, and I feel sorry for everyone who - like me - has been suckered in as a result, thinking that they are a trustworthy company. I can only guess that many of these reviewers ordered different hair, don't wash the hair before they install it or are happy to be lied to.
Long story short, don't order their so-called "unprocessed virgin" hair. It is processed, a lot. There was enough dye running from the hair when I washed it to paint a Picasso. After a long email chain in which they repeatedly lied to me, despite the evidence I showed them they finally admitted - and I quote:
"All of this hair has processed a light pressed colour"

That is not the definition of unprocessed hair. For all I know it wasn't even virgin. Their refund policy is a joke, as they claim to refund faulty products but then state that the product must be unopened - knowing full well that you have to open - and wash - the product to discover that it's fake.
After refusing to give me all my money back even after I opened a PayPal dispute, I have finally been able to recover my money thanks to helpful customer service at PayPal. As for this scam company, they wouldn't know customer service if it hit them in the face. Don't buy.

Love PremiHair have bought from them a few times. The closures are very good quality for the price. They deliver very quickly and let you know every step of the way where your order is. I would order again from this company.

The hair I should nice and soft. I think the closure should maybe just have had a straighter hairline so that I could pluck it better to suit my head and the shape of my own hairline. The way it's designed is as though it had a spesific head shape or hairline shape. But I will figure out how to work with it. The hair is nice and soft .

Closure looks good, average quality. Arrived on time. Started shedding within days of having the hair put in.
Pictures on the website could be better e.g. show chosen hair colour and length.
