This company is DEAD.

If you visit their showroom, it is fully shuttered and all their vans have had their logos removed. Nobody has been seen in their other site in Rayleigh for days.
Last week, when we chased yet again for an update on our order which was placed in March, the company was closed for the whole week for staff training (presumably to take the logos off the vans).
Funny that they had previously promised us a home visit that week. All part of a carefully thought-out plan.

No doubt a new company will soon arise from the ashes with the SAME directors, premises and vehicles having written off all their debts. Beware any Blind company trading from Unit 7a, Eldon Way Hockley

From the time I had seen the advert on Facebook and to the the date of installation were all within 2 weeks. so fantastic speedy service. The agent B was very friendly and extremely helpful and tried to keep to my budget . The only negative reason iv not given 5 stars is because the advert saying 3 blinds for £79. Isn't realistic my 3 came to just over £200 . I will Deffinetly use them in any future blinds I need and highly recommend them

Ive wasted my time taking the agent (Ali) for measurements and Ive not been given a quote despite chasing for two days straight. I was told they would send it across via email as he couldn’t get ahold of his manager to give me price there and then which was also weird being it was late on Sunday.

Seems to be a lot of red flags with this company from the get go. No proper notice given even despite asking for an hours notice before they come. No real name or even number of the agent given despite asking and no quote either. Ive given up chasing. If they can’t be arsed to do business it’s a red flag. Either they are a dodgy company or can’t keep up with demand either way it’s very poor and telling!

Judging by other reviews i think ive dodged a bullet.

Called for a quote and two weeks later blinds are up and look good. Fast and efficient service with installation done in 15 minutes. Would definitely recommend

Salesman came to measured the dimensions of my window, when I said I would get back to him by the end of the week he became extremely pushy felt incredibly uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend this company the reviews on Google are very misleading clearly being manipulated. Had I read the reviews on Trust Pilot would never have allowed them to come to measure up.

Have just been measured up got good price and waiting on fitting will leave another review atthat point kept in contact well and arrived on time

The guy who came to measure did not measure properly so when the fitter came he had to do more work so that the blinds would fit maybe he was in a rush but the fitter and me also was a bit disappointed overall the outcome of it I absolutely love my blinds the fitter did an amazing job with them , he was very quick at fitting them up and he even helped take down my old pelmets thank you very much

We recently had Premium Blinds fit blinds for our house, and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The person who took the measurements was not approachable and came across as rude. Additionally, the price advertised on Facebook was not the same as the final quote after measurements were taken.

The blinds were not measured properly, resulting in steel rails that are too short, making it difficult to open the door properly—something we never experienced with our previous blinds. When we raised this concern, the response we received was, ‘Thank you for the images. The blinds are correct and fit for purpose. Unfortunately, we wouldn’t be able to do anything to eliminate this problem. When having vertical blinds on a door, this can happen.’

We expected a more professional and customer-friendly approach to resolving the issue. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet our expectations.”**
