Shady. I was a victim of hit and run and my car was written off Oct 2025. This company continued (they are not the breakdown cover company) to take direct debit for a car I no longer owned. They also added on an extra £10 each time the dd did not go through on time. I wasn’t even aware of who they are until I got an email from them regarding my travel insurance which I purchased from Staysure. They charged me £25 on top of the monthly cost because the dd did not go through on time. They also auto renewed the breakdown cover. Sigh. We shouldn’t have to protect ourselves against this.They ensure they are within their rights legally but show no humanity or understanding when things go wrong. Good customer service is offering courtesy during such times. Double check everything when paying monthly for any type of cover. I have now cancelled the breakdown and travel insurance. Silly me for trusting people to do the right thing.
