It was very easy to install the esim, and we had coverage everywhere

I have had no problems with the esim. Have used several times. Only once it failed but the customer service was great and they had me up and running within an hour.

I ordered 3 cards with an american phone numbers. They sent me an english number (I have to make the call with an Voip app).
I've written to their guest relations: never any answer.
Scam !

Data did not work in USA nor did phoning to Europe. Only calling within USA worked. I asked for help on February 22 (after experiencing these problems for 4 days) and now on March 3 nobody has contacted me.

It was easy to choose, website is clear and the customer serice is AWESOME! Quick response, clear response, they serve you to the max!

This was the second time that I've ordered an e-sim for the US. The first time, everything went great. You order the esim and you receive immediately a QR code. The first time I only installed it after arriving in the US. The second time, I installed it before arriving. Unfortunately something went wrong in the beginning so I couldn't make connection. With the hotel WIFI, I contacted the customer service and after an hour, everything was working fine and no problems ever since. So, even if it doesn't work fine from the beginning, they have a very good and quick customer service. I would still order my esim here.

The SIM card worked flawlessly and I received it on time. Not five stars because the ordering process was a little difficult. But after contacting client services they helped instantly.

I bought a eSIM USA -5 to 10 GB data only, worked perfect.

I purchased the e-sim (unlimited data, local calls and calls to The Netherlands) for a three week vacation in the South-West of the US.
The voucher was send very quickly and I activated the SIM just before leaving. We arrived in the US, and we had immediately access to the T-Mobile network.
Throughout the whole period, the sim worked almost perfect. Only on two occasions, we received a text from T-Mobile that we ran out of data. After switching to airplane mode and back, everything worked fine again.
Next time, we will certainly purchase thus esim again.

The physical SIM for the US worked perfectly. It was activated on timed and had fast internet. Delivery was also quick.

I bought a eSIM with unlimited data and unlimited calls for my trip to the US this summer. When I got back my phone provider charged me 90 euros for calling in the US even though I bought the eSIM with unlimited calls. So I won’t recommend Prepaidzero if you don’t want to pay for the service you won’t get.

We used the e-sim during our holidays in the USA and Canada. Our mobile phone was connected to the car via Apple Carplay and we used it for navigation and streaming music. The reception was in general good apart from some remote areas. The instructions need some improvement: turn roaming ON if you leave the USA and enter Canada.
