Applying for the Esim was very easy. However, last year I received the USA phone number a few days before the effective date. this year it turned out on the day of entrance. That was a bit confusing, especially because I wanted 100% certainty that it would work. Needed internet for navigation in my rental car. Questions were answered quickly and to the point. It turned out to work all, phone and internet, excellently in the USA. Including International (For me Europe)👍👍

You need to have an American phone number in the USA for calling support lines for a rental vehicle. The coverage is not great. But you can call when you are in a town.
Installing was not very easy but we got support.

Ordered sim card, received it within 2 days with clear instruction how to use and activate it. On day of activation received a mail confirming activation and phoneno. In a nutshell: easy peady.

Every year when i travel to the US i get a sim or e-sim from t-mobile from prepaid zero. Installing the e-sim on my iphone is very easy and as soon as you land in the US the connection is there. KLM forgot my luggage in the Netherlands so i was very happy i did order unlimited international calls for 5 euro. I had to call them many times. Next trip for sure an e-sim from prepaidzero !!

Next day delivery of physical simcard (to address in The Netherands), worked great from moment I got off the plane until leaving North America. Unlimited data and calls in US and 5GB in Canada. Only unknown factor was that usage in Canada was tricky. It's kind of hard to guess how many GB's are left before the 5GB runs out. Used for 4 weeks of car and on foot navigation. Great reception all over. Will definitely use again.

No Help from Prepaidzero. I paid without getting service.

After becomming the E-Sim, it wasn't compatible with my phone in the USA. Prepaidzero changed my purchase directly in a E-Sim that was compatible. Thanks for the fast and perfect service. File starts from me!!

Everything worked perfectly. I used Prepaidzero the first time. In the beginning, I did have a question, which was answered within 24h.
When I arrived in the US, the e-SIM card worked and during my stay, I didn't have any problems.

Fourth time i buy e-sims for USA and Canada. Unlimited internet connection and unlimited calls and messages in USA/Canada.
Carrier AT&T, excellent coverage in 5G.

The service is exactly as promised. Reliable network.
Only downside is that, obviously, the installation can only be done on the day when the service starts. But then it went smoothly and worked directly.

We went to America in June. We ordered two sims with unlimited internet access. We had some questions installing it beforehand. We sent an email and within 5 minutes we got a response. The service was excellence and the problem was solved! In America both sims worked perfectly. I'm going to use Prepaidzero again for my next holliday!

Quick service and it works directly and simple

I have purchased the ESIM for the USA (both AT&T and T-Mobile versions) for multiple trips now. The ESIM has worked perfectly every time and I was able to activate it after connecting to the airport wifi upon arrival in the USA. The only important thing to mention is that many E-SIMS must be purchased more than 24 hours in advance, as you must send your phone's IMEI number in order for the ESIM to be activated. I would definitely recommend and will definitely be using the service in the future!
