I waited for my delivery until 13:20

I waited for my delivery until 13:20. I booked my Saturday morning to be at home just for it. This is a big disrespect with the client and I want my money back. This is really unacceptable, you promised scheduled delivery and I payed for it. My first order went perfect and the second order was just a lie like many reviews on trustpilot says. I don’t know what is your business model but this is a dumb approach, I was really into spending 200€ per month with you but now after this I can’t trust you anymore.

Your clients are people that care about their health and most of all, their time. The worst you can do is making people lose their time. You should hire someone able to run the business you created if you don’t want this to fail, no business survive just with non stop Instagram marketing.

And again, I want my money back. I don’t care if the delivery ever arrives, I did not get what I payed for and I want my money back.

We use external carriers for express deliveries, and unfortunately, this time it didn’t go as expected. That’s why your full refund was processed on July 8th.

Excellent meals for a calorie counting phase

Excellent meals for any calorie-counting period such as the 90Tage Challenge, which I just completed. Due to a very busy work schedule, I do not have time to cook own fitness appropriate and calorie counted meals very often. Prepmymeal was therefore a great help to me, as I got a healthy high-protein, low calorie warm meal for the evening. The meals are quite expensive (except for the few double meal bags), but for me the price was worth paying for the saved time. Using the Prepmymeal meals, the protein bars from QLF Fitness and the 90Tage Challenge, I lost 15 kg. in 100 days. There is a huge choice of meals and after a couple of orders of 1 of each, I found my favorites and used those for the rest of the time.

Good!

On time delivery, checked.
Quality, checked.
Customer support, checked - a helpful AI chat.
Diversity, in general ok, but the XL line could do better.
Taste, could be richer, but I guess it's a compromise for healthier food, so I'm fine.
Website UX, could do much better! Unnecessary page reloads and then reseting order type to subscription on each page load is just a hassle!

Logistic Problem

16/6/2025 - First time ordering with them...it took them 3 days to process my order and then they used a shitty logistic company who apparently cannot find my "address" and therefore cannot deliver after 3 tries? I dont know what's going on but clearly something's off here. I will never order from this company EVER again, they did nothing to help me. I've lost 120 eur worth of food. Thanks for nothing. 7/7/2025 update - After I posted the review here, the Company helped me contact Chronopost and for some reason, magic happened and they delivered my food and miraculously, they found where I lived too. The company also refunded my order. There's still some sort of logistic issue going on here... The ratings has been changed since my original review.

Ils n'ont pas suivis vos instructions, que vous leur avez fourni par appel téléphonique à trois reprises, ainsi que les nôtres, que nous avons directement envoyés au service client Chronopost. Nous avons fait la demande précise qu'ils déposent votre colis à la réception de l'hôtel et que le chauffeur vous appel.
Nous tenons à ajouter que c'est normal que la commande prennent 3 jours. Nos plats sont préparés en Allemagne, puis livrés à notre entrepôt à Paris. Ensuite, les colis sont remis à Chronopost qui assure la livraison.
Nous avons effectué le remboursement intégral de votre commande ainsi qu'offert un geste commercial auparavant. Nous avons fait tout notre possible pour vous aider.

Meals Didn’t Meet Expectations + Shipping Fiasco

FOOD (Ordered May 2, 2025):

Out of 12 meals, I’ve tried 4 so far: Beef with Potatoes, Cheeseburger Bowl, Chicken with Hummus, and Chicken Fajita Bowl. Honestly, the food is too soupy except the Chicken Fajita Bowl—so much so that I needed to eat it with a spoon. The Cheeseburger Bowl didn’t resemble a cheeseburger in taste at all. The plastic film is also frustrating to deal with—it sticks to the bowl and is hard to remove, especially when the container is hot right out of the microwave. I’ve also ordered from Juit, and their meals are significantly better in flavor and presentation, not to mention more affordable. Plus, they ship on time.

SHIPPING FIASCO (May 2–May 8, 2025):

I placed my order on Friday, May 2 for 12 meals. The estimated delivery date was Tuesday, May 6. Because I was expecting the delivery, I stayed home instead of visiting my injured boyfriend at the hospital. At 10:56 AM on May 6, I emailed customer service asking if my order was still arriving that day. I got a reply at 1:01 PM saying there was a system error, and orders for May 6 weren’t processed—they said it would ship May 7 instead.

It wasn’t actually shipped on the 7th—it was just processed then. I finally received the delivery on May 8. No email was sent ahead of time to notify me of the delay, which is unacceptable for a perishable food service plus I couldn't go to the hospital for 3 days.

To make matters worse, I discovered my account had been automatically set to recurring deliveries every 3 days, which I did not agree to—especially not for a first-time order. Thankfully, I caught it in time before being charged and emailed them to cancel the subscription, which they did but they didn't even notify me of the cancellation.

Promo Mails and Delays of Deliveries

I have been ordering for a while, but there are constant delays for packages to Switzerland. The annoying thing is the promo-mails they send out to "make sure you get your meals this week" - then you order, get a confirmation date and on the actual delivery date, they inform you that it will take another 5 days. It's not rocket science... The meals are tasty and good, but the site and customer service need an upgrade. I'm looking for other options...

Delivery date selection is not working in reality!

1. I selected delivery date 18.03, the date was confirmed by email (NO, you can't see it on the website, I don't know why). But eventually the package was delivered on 15.03 when I was not home for the next two days. Left on the letter box and stolen.
2. I needed to pay 4 times using two different cards to pass the order because of some errors on the page. Payment was finally succesfull but the process was long and stresful.
3. I was enrolled into subscription, don't even know how. Right now I'm ensured by the team the subscritpion is canceleed but I can still see it on the webside so I don't know how it will end.

You can see the delivery date if you click on the shopping cart. There is a button with a drop-off place and the delivery calendar.

Really good food but worst marketing of all time

I have two evaluation criteria, 1. oder, delivery, flavour and 2. marketing

1:
Ordering is very easy and delivery takes place within two working days. All good!

As I have a very time-consuming daily routine, I have been working with companies of a similar nature for years. I have experience with all manufacturers who offer healthy, protein-rich and quick-to-prepare meals in Germany.
I can therefore say with a clear conscience that the quality of prepmymeal is excellent. To be a little more specific: I have recently started ordering all XL meals from prepmymeal and am really satisfied. I have never found a provider at this level before. Therefore, I can only recommend anyone who also has little time to cook and is looking for a high-protein, but also generally healthy diet (lots of vegetables, no unhealthy fats) to order from prepmymeal and see the high quality for themselves.

2:
The adverts from prepmymeal via YouTube are incredibly annoying as they are just completely inauthentic, especially from the guy who says "You think xx euros for prepmymeal is too expensive, then...". I have blocked all adverts from Prepmymeal from YouTube for this reason. If it were purely by this standard, I would never order from prepmymeal. From the old German school, I would simply say: "6, setzen!".

Part of my diet now: great balance of quantity and quality

I’ve been using PrepMyMeal for the past two months, and it has become a regular part of my daily diet, alternating with other foods. The meals offer a great balance of quantity and quality, with good ingredients and high protein content. I’m impressed with their on-time delivery and the overall value for the price. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for convenient, healthy meal options! It would be good to have a new dish every month and more XL options, probably one with beef would be great.

Incomplete order after almost a week and being ignored by customer service.

Dear people, I don't know what to say to this or in what language to write you, but you as a company are not doing well and are not prepared for the tasks you are being asked for from part of the customers.

1. After sending and sending emails BEGGING YOU to understand my working schedule since I work at a hospital, but also I'm an athlete and a single dad, I have agreed to get the parcel this Saturday.

2. Then I became an email from another worker saying that I'll get my parcel in one working day, so I had to beg my partner to do home office at my place to pick it up for me.

3. The parcel arrived and it's INCOMPLETE. I received 9 XL meals from 24 XL meals. Also the parcel says on the box 13 kg and not 24, which was the minimum weight without counting the packaging as I've ordered 24 XL products.

Why do you do this to your customers? Why don't you reply the emails?
I wrote you all the time in German, but you don't pay attention, you never answer, you don't care !!!!

Send the missing pieces already, and the least I deserve after this nightmare is a compensation.

I received 3 chicken butter, 3 Hühnchen fajita bowl,
3 red Thai curry.

Find attached the pictures and solve this AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
