Do not order from them! Waste of money and time. We’ve been waiting for two orders since the beginning of January. From the French website. In the end we just gave up and asked for a refund. Not serious at all!! One of the worst companies I’ve dealt with. And it’s been like this since the beginning. I would put zero stars if I could. You can’t just make people believe you’re professional. Anyone can put up a website. You actually have to deliver!

The taste and quality are outstanding! It perfectly meets my needs and expectations.

I would rate the meals between 3.5 and 5. Price is great for the quantity and really easy to prepare. The DPD had left the package at the postbox at 8am witout ringing or notifying us in any way.

I made an order which was supposed to be delivered two weeks ago and till now, no feedback at all regarding the delay.

i asked for refund and still waiting feedback.

Despite the delay, customer service responded quickly and was helpful. Refund was made quickly as well.

Made an order which was never delivered and whenever I contact customer service they always say you will receive a tracking email by tomorrow. Really disappointing

The delivery was quick, and the packaging was very well done. The food tastes good, the portions are ok for the price. My delivery was delayed by one day, and they paid me back my delivery charges, which I appreciate. The food is easy to thaw & heat. Overall, pretty good experience! Keep up the good work guys, much appreciated!

Starting off, 3 stars is generous. The food is convenient at the same level a deep frozen "semi ready meal" from a super market would be, it's definitely not prepared by chefs as advertised unless these chefs just started learning how to cook, I ordered a 24 meal pack, with mostly varying dishes to try all of them out. It's in my opinion worse than the frozen food you get at a supermarket, and you pay 2 and a half times more for it per meal for less. The standard dishes outside of the lack of taste, are more of a snack than a meal that would make you full as advertised. You would need to eat 2 dishes or more to achieve fullness, and when dividing the costs it's 30 damn euro, you can get a premium meal at a restaurant for such a price that will keep you full the rest of the day. The signature dishes like Thai yellow curry, red, and butter chicken, only have the curry and Thai in the name because it just tastes absolutely tasteless. If you do want to consume those meals you need to treat them as those frozen unseasoned veggies at a supermarket which defeats the point of those meals, If I need to cook might aswell do it myself. Good concept idea, tragic execution, other services aren't really better either. Conclusion? Either learn to cook and prepare the quick meals yourself, or if you are already spending 30 euro a day on food , might aswell order it from a restaurant. I contacted the support about the happiness Garantie and a full refund for customer dissatisfaction, will update the review once I either got my money back or lower the stars further when I don't.

UPDATE: Customer service helped me get the money back, and they do hold their promise when it comes to the satisfaction guarantee, there is a lot of room for improvement, and I'm willing to try it again in the future.

DELIVERY and SERVICE ISSUES!
First order - had to be delivered on Friday but was postponed to Monday. So, the carrier kept it somewhere over the weekend. As a result, I got the parcel NOT cooled enough. Not sure if I had to eat it)
Second order - had to be delivered today. No communication. I contacted the Pepmymeal and the said - "Sorry, we postponed the order to the next week". Don't they think if I order the meal I need it by exact day?

Would you give them a third chance????

Beware of subscription!!

I wanted to make a one time purchase but signed up to a monthly subscription which I was not informed about at that time.
The checkbox that signs you for subscription (weekly) is very small and automatically checked if you don’t undo it. It was not pointed out clearly enough for the customer to understand that he is subscribing to something so I think that should be changed.
I then sent an email to them saying I want to cancel the subscription.
The food was average, too salty for my taste and I would probably not order again.
But customer service was good, friendly and resolved my issue on the same day.

Food was great. Athough it is deeply frozen, it saves a lot of taste and it seems to be freshly prepared.
Customer service is also great. I canceled my subscription However some technical problems occurred and company anyway sent me same order second time.
I wrote about it to support , they answered pretty fast and didn't charged additional money from me.

What I didn't like much however it is minor issue for me is flexibility of system.
For me personally it is not possible to use subscription if I haven't tried the biggest part of menu.
Additionally I haven't found any convenient way to manage subscription, for example cancel it, only through email. Plus, it is not possible to order different meals every week, only start and cancel subscription every week.

For people who really CAN´T cook
the food is not good....I think people can like this kind of food, but then they don't know good stuff....
I can't complain about the company, its my fault, I thought its good for days with no time.
But its better to save the money and buy a little bit more expensive, somewhere else fresh...with 10€ I can eat two really good Döner or one Pizza or for 13€ a total indian dish....

I did the Body Challenge. The experience was smooth, the app does what it needs to do and nothing more. However, they make you a choose a day when your food is supposed to arrive and it didn't. That makes for a very awkward cycle for me now.
The food is good, although the whey protein they send is bad. I struggle to get it to mix every time. I also didn't like the choice of muesli with milk as the other snack as its just not very convenient and the milk makes it less filling for me.

It's a good service, but for the price I would have hoped for it to not be a mixed bag.
If they fix it in the future it would be fantastic.

The food is great but they need to stop working with dpd. Dpd service is SO bad that I dont want to order prepmymeal again just so i don’t have to deal with their unfriendly employees.

Great experience so far! I have ordered more than 5 times now and I can say:
1- deliveries are scheduled, organized and packaging is perfect to keep food fresh for a lot of time.
2- food is well prepared, I enjoy having them as it saves me a ton of time and the struggle to think of what to cook. Taste is good and I have my favorite meals I eat on repeat!
3- portion sizes are more than enough. I sometimes cannot finish them.

Overall: Healthy and delicious. Great service.

I ordered now almost 10+ times and it makes a huge change in my life, I can't find time to cook and this was my best option to keep a healthy lifestyle. So thankful for this service.

Great products, especially the XL packages.

Order was placed and delivery scheduled, after a simple question via Email, order was stopped (decision by customer service and not the client) and new delivery could not be scheduled in time; Hotline not reachable despite several tries over several days.
Just not recommended!

Update 03.09.2024:
Even after cancellation the customer service sends me emails with delivery dates for the order. Just confirms the bad initial experience.

UPDATE:
Prepmymeal acted fast to my complaint and send me a my order again. This time it was correct and we enjoyed the meals.
Thats why I am raising the evaluation to 3 stars.

I ordered 6 XL Portions but they sent me totally different meals and none of them matches what I ordered. All of them are single meals, meaning they overcharged me too.
