Awesome. I always refer to Just pilot for a good point of reference for services.

Made a review, received email acknowledging review. Clicked on "see your review" but it was not there. I did go through them twice and even exited email and tried to again, still nothing

ȚrustPilot what a joke!!
ȚrustPilot what a joke!!! about a month ago I wrote
about my experience regarding Octopus Energy. I recently changed my suppliers from British Gas who were absolute disaster from start to finish to and that’s why I switched to Octopus.
They sent me an email asking if I would like to leave a review of my experience with the change over so I did .
I wrote how happy I was with the change over and how helpful the staff were and how glad I was with all the service I was given. Then a couple of days ago I was informed that my review was not going to be published because their AI system didn’t agree with what I had written??? when I asked them on more than one occasion what was in the review that their AI system didn’t like they couldn’t give me an answer which makes me wonder are their email replies written by Trustpilots AI system??? I was led to believe that TRUSTPILOT is for writing honest reviews about your experience with companies /Business etc .. that you have used so other people can get an idea of how good or bad the latter are ? I’m curious now if this review makes it???? i very much doubt it but we’ll see!

Taken down my review (for another Website) for some unknown reason; stating that ‘I had violated a rule’ (when I clearly didn’t). And when I reached out to them kindly by email (providing proof that I had indeed - and my order was genuine and nuanced); I immediately received a response saying ‘As this decision is final, we now consider this matter closed’. 😒— Not a very professional response, is it? 🙁
It was pretty much what i expected.
you make things happen live.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A vital megaphone for consumer accountability
In an era where companies can easily ignore support tickets and sweep valid consumer complaints under the rug, Trustpilot is an absolute equalizer.
I am currently navigating a complex compliance dispute with a massive affiliate platform over unpaid rewards and fabricated tracking data. When a company's internal support team decides to stonewall you, shut down your tickets, or go completely silent, Trustpilot provides a secure, public forum where your voice cannot be silenced or hidden by the very company you are attempting to hold accountable.
It forces corporate transparency by making these disputes visible to the public. If you need a megaphone when a company tries to hit the mute button, Trustpilot delivers exactly the leverage you need as a consumer.
