As a company based off in Canada, trying to get targeted distribution to our Canadian outlets can be at times difficult then I met press release jet. This is not something I have to go into details in as I am giving your service a 5-star rating which it totally deserves!

We use Press Releases as our SEO analyst suggested. Not only is your service affordable but also great in boosting our SEO! As this is the major reason for sending out our press releases. Thank you for a wonderful service. I am totally satisfied.

PRJ has an answer that sounds good for everything, yet they don't even have an area on their website to sign up for an account. Also, I asked PRJ to fix my website link a week ago (because it goes straight to their site, coincidentally), but they didn't.

Press Release Jet does not disclose what the really do. They're not like Prweb or PRNewswire. PRJ can actually hurt your SEO efforts. It's the cheapest form of press release there is.

I had very bad experience; the problem is the URL clicked in some outlets, doesn't take you to the point intended. So it wastes of our money and our time. Also responded with below message.

We actually did have a conversation regarding this and I brought it up with the team. It was concluded we can't do anything about it as the issue arised from those media outlets. If you notice, not all the outlet have this issue. This is really unfortunate and we had to file a proceeding. Still, haven't heard back from them.

I and my partner run a local roofing company in Raleigh NC. You guys promised that I will be on ABC, NBC and FOX and you guys delivered! I had my web guy add the press to our website immediately. I had to write this review because this is the way I can say thank you openly for helping us out.

There is nothing bad to say about press release jet. I remember a case I had a Press Release with some errors, I used the chat on your website and your staff very helpful in assisting and you made all the necessary corrections, all I had to do was email the correct PR to you guys. Wonderful experience!

I switched from Newswire to you guys about 4 weeks ago and to be honest, Press Release Jet is best! Great support, I got my price worth it, I see a great ROI. I used the $99 package. As an upcoming music artist, I heard much about Press Releases and I decided to give it a try. I happen to find you guys, Press Release Jet and I can say my first try was really satisfactory. This is my 5th Press Release with you guys and I decided to put out my satisfaction using your review. You guys are great.

Total scam. Don't bother with these guys. All those positive reviews are totally fake. They do publish your news on some weird websites that nobody reads and they will even send you a "report" with the resources where your release got published but NONE of those sources get indexed by Google and you get ZERO backlinks from those sites. Furthermore, if you go to those websites direct (just their home pages) and type in some keywords from your PR you get NOTHING. Needless to say, your PR is NOT going to appear in Google News (in all fairness I don't think they claim they'll get it to Google News though). They'll claim the pages take awhile to get indexed (been 2+ weeks now since the PR got published, so YEAH, right....) and some other nonsense. All said and done - total waste of money

Paid $100 to service a press release and 72 hours after the release of the press release I have nothing to show for it. I have received one google alert and it's from their own website. Now I understand that not every outlet is going to pick up a press release, but I was guaranteed that it would be serviced to all of these media outlets, including google news and bing and nothing!

Thankfully I used American Express and have screenshot everything they promise and will be disputing the charges.

Also, all of these glowing reviews on this site are fake and 90% of them are written by the same person!

Stay far away!

I actually found these people here, and decided to try. They offered a discount for my first PR, when I joined the mail list. There was no expiration or when it had to be sent. I sent, and they refuse to credit me.

The CS rep Chris B (who needs to look for a new job since he doesn't know what CS is) has FOUGHT me on this, refuses to answer questions, doesn't answer emails, closes chat windows.

He claimed that since they don't offer that discount when people sign up for letter anymore, therefore I am not entitled to what they promised.

I have email proof of the discount as well, which he saw.

Needless to say with all PRJ reviews, it takes one idiot in CS to screw up all their hard work.

In regard to their "reply" below..

1. TrustPilot as is known, ONLY accepts REAL reviews. They confirmed with me that this is REAL.
2. Their screenshot--- Get this guys... This is a REPLY to THEIR email asking me to RATE them. So I told them. AND they KNEW from the email string, since they posted that screen shot, I was a customer.
3. In regard to the promotion.... there was NO expiration date. The condition was - After sending FIRST PR.
4. Instead of them making up false stories here about not being a customer, trolling etc, the SMART thing would have been to reach out to me and make good.
5. Their reply, proves the point of this review and is a joke. They know full well ONLY REAL CUSTOMERS can post reviews, so why go through a lengthy rebuttal when they start off saying I was not a customer?

We needed a sudden increase in sales to stay afloat, for sure. Small businesses like mine are pretty much invisible to the public without marketing campaigns like these. When I emailed Press Release Jet, I was asking them loads of questions due to our lack of funds. They put me at ease with their patience and understanding about the situation we were in at that time. I'm also seriously relieved that we got the results we needed to at least stay up a few more months. I'm going to give it another shot and see if we can keep the heart beating here.

My release got distributed but I didn't see any publications that were picked up on my Google alerts (possibly 1). Also once I submitted, I couldn't go back to the release to look and make sure everything was 100%. Also, I put in my location (not in US) and time for release but the release was distributed before the time at the location of choice. I tried to confirm the time issue with support but only got a canned reply that it will go out as scheduled.
