Excellent Service!

I found them on Google searching for press releases and the $25 price caught my attention. After doing some research, I decided to go with the $75 plan. I wrote my press release using one of their templates, submitted it and paid. It took me on surprise that there was no account creation or phone support so I sent them an email. They got back to me after 6 hours to let me know the report will be ready in "2-3 business days". After 3 days of waiting (and thinking this could be a scam), I got my report. When I opened up the report, it was everything was promised with hundreds of websites with my press release on them. A few days later, my editor sent me a link and it was the press release I sent on Bloomberg!! These guys are super legit. I cannot be happier with the service and the price is perfect :)

Can I say Hallelujah?

"I am the marketing director for a SaaS company in the digital signing industry based out of Venice Beach. We have been using Press Release Jet for almost a year now. We use their unbranded PR plan primarily because we are in a competitive space and it prevents our competitors from reverse engineering some of our marketing strategies. I have had tremendous success using press releases in conjuction with our content marketing and organic search channel.

I use the Google Keyword Planner tool to identify long tail keywords within our industry. We use this as the keywords for our PR campaigns and most of the time, our PR will show up on the top of Google and stay for weeks. We are completely dominating our market space in search results.

Overall, I am very happy and so is our CEO."

Fantastic Partner

We have been using Press Release Jet for many months now, and we are very pleased with the service and our account rep. I noticed a few of the reviews complain about phone support. Phone support is available if you do larger quantities with them ;-)

Easy. Zero BS. Cheap Price.

One of the easiest sites for publishing a PR I have ever used - Zero BS. I didn't have to sign up for anything or get hassled by sales people over the phone trying to upsell me like I did with my last PR company. Uploaded my PR, paid the $75, got my report in 4 days with everything as advertised.

Gets the job done.

Jet gets the job done. I moved my business from eReleases over after seeing the media pick up from the first couple press releases I did. I was paying $299 a "really good deal" that I got with eReleases. Now I pay $75 and I hardly notice the difference in the service besides the fact that I save over $200 each time I do a news blast.

my business boosted thanks to press release jet!

I sent all information needed for distribution of my press release. I called the company for an update, my call was not answered. I did received an email notification of my press release though. They are very helpful with communication through emails! Last company I was with for press release charged me $237. I have been with them over a year. Then I recently found press release jet, and what a life saver. I paid $79 for my press release, best price I ever paid.

My SEO increased. I am getting more new calls from prospected clients for my caregiving business. With the price I paid, I am overly pleased with the results. The communication through the phone was not the best, but with the price I can't complain. They did there job, and I am a happy customer. I have ordered 6 press release from them so far and will continue, thanks!

Press Release Rejected With No Refund & They Deleted Their Contact Number

I ordered a press release on Saturday 3/5/16 which was automatically rejected for being too short and not supposedly meeting their guidelines the next day. They didn't process any refund of my $75 and just gave me suggestions for paying for a future release. I shot them a message and still no refund. I called their (323) phone number which was admittedly stated for bulk 10 order a month clients. Instead of returning the call or answering the call, they deleted the phone number from their contact page. I'll just have Visa do a chargeback and they can pay the fee. There is no integrity there. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR OR NOTHING AT ALL!

Happy customer, highly recommend them!

We have been using Press Release Jet for quite some time now. The owner kindly asked me to write a review and I am more than happy to do so. I do PR for clients in the health care industry. These guys do a great job getting my press releases into search engines and bringing prospect leads to my clients. I have seen a lot of success particularly with a dental office client of mine where I am helping promote Zirconia dental implants for their New Jersey office. My only comment would be that it would be nice to have phone support but I do understand why they do not offer it when their prices are so already so cheap. I am giving a 5/5 review because the owner was really nice and they have been a great tool for my business and my clients.

Great results!

We run a Rugby store in Glendale California and our web designer recommended Press Release Jet. We uploaded our press release and paid $75 for their Premium. After 3 days we got our report from Vlad and saw our business in hundreds of online media outlets including FOX and ABC. Very satisfied customer.

Updated: Paid for premium release, won't get back to me, won't respond to calls, emails bounce and no report

This is my review of Press Release Jet that I posted on Reddit which sums it up:

I paid for the premium press release.

That was 10+ days ago and I haven't heard anything back from them at all. No report, communication, or anything. I emailed their "support" many days ago and today I got a bounced back email from Gmail.

I called their number on their web site (323)208-9XXX and when I did I got a "please state your name for the Google Voice subscriber" at the beginning of the call. I left it blank and the phone rang until voicemail picked up. The outgoing message says a name I can't tell isn't available, please leave a message. I called during their open hours today at 2:00pm PST and I tried calling about 5 times (over the course of a half hour) just in case they were on the other line or busy. No answer.

Also I'm seeing now that the person that posted this article is no longer a user. Another red flag.

I'm a bit surprised that they never got back to me because they have PPC, Google Adwords advertisements running but unless they get back to me in the next day I'll be contacting Paypal to have my money returned.

UPDATE:
Since posting this review the owner of Press Release Jet (now 411 PR?!?) has emailed me and someone replied to this post below but since Trustpilot doesn't allow a reply to the owners reply then I'll post the an update here:
The owner's email to me was nice which I liked and appreciated. He admitted to "sometimes we miss our mark" which happens. He offered me a free premium press release for the hassle which is nice too. "Deemed as not newsworthy" is fine but communication is key here. No one told me after waiting days and days, no one got back to my emails, emails bounced back, the contact form on the web site got no responses, and no answer when I called. Even if the phone support was for 10+ releases a month there should still be someone answering with "I'm sorry we can't support you. Phone support is for people that do 10+ premium releases a month". Communication is key guys. Not after the fact, during the service I paid for. Now I've wasted a ton of time on this and I'll just move on to another company that actually communicates. The refund was only done after I disputed it with PayPal.

Unfortunately, your press release headline "When to Call an Arborist? Advance Tree Care's Professional Arborists Show You the Warning Signs" was deemed as not news worthy and the payment has been refunded in full by our billing department. Phone support is only available for bulk customers that order 10+ per month, as it is indicated on our website. Support can be done through both email and our support ticket system, and we receive & respond to support emails on a daily basis.

However, we do apologize for the inconvenience.

P.S. For any readers, you can go to pressreleasejet.com/news/ and search in Google for the headlines of the press releases dated 2-3 days back (takes a few days for Google to fully index the press releases) and you can see all of the results, and rest assure that we are a legitimate company.

Quick, affordable, and simple service, especially for sending out announcements.

I was initially attracted by their prices, but was pleasantly surprised with the results. This was exactly what I was looking for since most of my clients want their announcements out there as quickly as possible. The press releases were searchable on google the next day and the dossier they provided was very helpful with reassuring clients. Definitely using their service in the future!
