I was searching for a watch, tried 2 other businesses that left me in the dark. I came across marcelo from prestige watches who done his absolute best to prioritise me. He had a few watches I was interested in but 1 stood out from the rest. He didn't only just get me a great price, he looked after me as a person. Got to know me personally, showed interest in what I do, and constantly tracked my watch during delivery. Went out of his way to follow up a small delivery issue outwith both our control which for me I was okay with but I was taken back by how much marcelo cared about his customers, to ensure I had every piece of information. The watch I purchased was an omega seamaster tokyo 2020 edition brand new. It looks incredible, pictures can't do it any justice to how it is in person. What a guy marcelo is, I'll be sticking with him for any purchase in the future.

Throughout the purchase process Marcelo showed great patience and rapid response to my questions. He is unique in his profession.

I was recommended to Prestige Watches by a friend - who said he would be able to help me sell my Tudor Black Bay.
And he wasn’t wrong.
After meeting Marcelo it was clear he new his stuff and I felt confident he would be able to do what he said he would - so I consigned my watch to him.
Within a few weeks it was sold and Marcelo mad the process very easy for me and the person buying my watch. He showed me all the correspondence which was a lot because the buyer was in America..He dealt with every aspect of the sale. Not only that, I got more than I was expecting for the watch.
