If a 1975 Omega Seamaster Day/Date and it’s perfect. Such lovely condition and the patina is amazing. I was Googling to try and find someone in the local area that could adjust the strap on my watch. Because of its brand I didn’t want to take it to any old shop. I stumbled across prestige watches uk and it was lucky I did as the service matches the company name! Not only was he professional you could see he loves what he does. He was welcoming and wasn’t judgmental (considering I’m a lot younger than most people that have dealings with these types of watches and I’m covered in tattoos). I also got a little history lesson on my watch while I had a hot cup of tea. Highly recommend this service to anyone again.

My Datajust watch was serviced, the case repaired to an excellent standard even surpassing a poor effort by Rolex Service Centre, managing to complete an invisible repair and making good the flat spot Rolex had caused.

The Jubilee bracelet was restored to an extremely high standard. The watch is 20yrs old and was returned in stunning condition.

I was kept informed throughout the work and the watch was returned on time and on budget. I received a full report on the work carried out and was able to see how the watch now performed.

It’s very rare that I would write a review but having just dealt with Prestige Watches it was a must.

I was after a specific watch, a Tudor Blackbay whilst these are not rare, not one retailer in London had one available and everyone I spoke with recommended going on their exceptionally long waiting list.

I decided to step away from the high street retailer and had a conversation with Marcelo. Clearly a watch fanatic and extremely knowledgeable on the subject, also a really nice guy. 24 hours later I have my brand new Tudor Blackbay, the service was exceptional.

I would definitely recommend using Prestige Watches if you seek a professional and bespoke service.

I bought an Omega from Marcelo last year and he then offered to help me sell a vintage Rolex I had.
He assessed, appraised and advertised the watch.
The real joy of using Prestige Watches is in the professional marketing of my Rolex and in the way Marcelo dealt with genuine interested buyers and 'tyre kickers'.
He kept me fully informed of any interest and discussed selling prices in the current market the whole time.
I also believe that Prestige Watches gave buyers a confidence that they wouldn't have had if I had tried to sell it on E-Bay or similar.
Marcelo also handled the final transaction, VAT issues and delivery details.
Aside from the excellent service, Marcelo is a genuinely honest, likeable chap and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I could not recommend him highly enough.

I recently bought a quite unique Yema ‘jump hour’ watch from Prestige Watches. The experience was terrific. Marcelo was really quick to reply initially, then very responsive and helpful as I had more questions. It’s always nerve wracking buying something online - but Marcelo was always available, shared pictures as the watch was dispatched and kept in touch all the way through. And a really nice chap to share geeky watch stories with! Would 100% recommend and will be buying again (if my wife doesn’t catch me first…)

I have an Omega watch that stopped working many years ago and was in desperate need of a service / repair. The problem was, I bought the watch with the money my gran left me after she passed away, so the watch is extremely sentimental to me. I’ve never trusted anyone to fix it and that’s why it stayed broke for so many years. I was aware of Marcelo at Prestige Watches as he came highly recommended to me (loved his YouTube videos too), so I bite the bullet and asked him to fix it for me. It was obvious Marcelo’s passion for customer service matched his passion for watches. I genuinely felt he cared for my watch as much as I did. He also sent me unexpected, but appreciated, videos of the before and after performance of the watch using a (complicated looking) machine. This made me appreciate the intricacies of my watch that bit more. A short while later I finally got my beloved watch back on my wrist and I could not be happier.
Trust is a big thing in the world of buying / repairing quality watches and I can honestly recommend Marcelo 100%. I would definitely be going back to him for any watch related purchases or issues in the future. He was a lovely guy too! :)
