I rarely write reviews but the inconvenience this whole process has caused me I feel the need to.

In hindsight I should have checked the mixed reviews before placing my order.

Thankfully I didn’t pay any deposit prior to the car being delivered however I did have finance agreed which has created a massive pain going through that process again.

It’s a shame I can’t upload pictures because the state the car was delivered in was embarrassing, undisclosed chips on every angle of the car & the top of the boot wasn’t even attached…

Absolutely avoid Luke Prestige Cars.

The entire sale was rushed from the start. The car was even delivered at night, which now makes sense because in daylight I discovered loads of scratches all over it that were impossible to properly see at the time.

Within a short period I started finding problem after problem. The passenger window did not work, the trunk cover/lid was missing, and then the thermostat failed not long after buying the car. After having the car checked by my mechanic, I was also told the rear subframe was heavily rusted and deteriorated.

I was lied to about the service history and also about the second key. I kept being told it was “sent by post” but every time I asked for proof of postage, nothing was ever provided and the key never arrived.

What makes it even worse is that after the sale he tried to protect himself by sending an invoice saying the car was “unwarranted/spares or repair.” When I questioned this, I was told the car had no issues and that it was only because they had “problems in the past.” So which one is true?

In reality I paid nearly £3000 for what turned out to be a complete rubbish car with hidden issues. Once they take your money, don’t expect honesty or proper help. I strongly recommend people stay away and get any vehicle independently inspected before buying from this dealer.

I had a great experience with Ivan who helped me purchase my car around 2 weeks ago and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Ivan was helpful and never pushy, making the experience at the show room really easy and stress-free. The car has been running perfectly and I’m really happy with it. Great customer service and I’d definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a reliable car and honest service. Thanks again!

Charlie and his team at prestigecars were nothing short of brilliant. I was kept in the loop every step of the way regarding when the car would be ready and delivery and I was up against a tight time window as I needed the car for work but Charlie kept his word and the car was delivered in time (with days to spare)
Moving forward I will only use Prestige cars when I'm ready for my next upgrade.

Experience was amazing, fast and reliable. Knew what we wanted got it done in no time at all.

I would like to thank Martin and the team, we recently bought my daughter’s first car and Martin couldn’t have been more help.
The car (Mazda MX5) is in great condition, Martin went the extra mile refurbishing the wheels and replacing the discs and pads all around.
