Avoid as partner ordered coffee Oct 2023, they took payment and never delivered. Sent emails to support and no response.
Just got a marketing email from them today and Facebook shows them skiing with their coffee. Nice holiday with customers orders... We got our money back via the Barclays bank app on her mobile.
Awful customer service
Really disappointed. Set up a subscription for a monthly delivery on Sept 18th. Received first delivery but nothing in October- no response to my emails asking for an explanation and no offer of refund for the coffee which failed to arrive in October. Delivery due on 13/11 and nothings arrived. Again no explanation. You can come to your own conclusion about whether or not to enter into any sort of subscription agreement with this company……

No response to my communication and no coffee received. I will be cancelling my subscription and expect a refund on non delivery of my last order. All had been going so well, I am extremely disappointed.
No product received, no response
My order never I arrived and I had no response at all to two emails to the support email and one Facebook messenger enquiry to the business’s site. This is the first time I have ever had to ask PayPal to process a refund. I’m glad I paid with PayPal. Very disappointed as I did my research and this coffee was recommended.

Ordered coffee and set up subscription. Money taken. Never received order. Contacted them 10-15 days after order via email, instagram, twitter and their own website. Did not even respond to any. Is that customer service? Congratulations, you’re in Booths. I’m sure you communicate with your corporate buyers better.

Abysmal customer service
Abysmal customer service, they took my money almost a month ago and haven't supplied the coffee and won't respond to my emails. I would urge people to avoid buying anything from this company. I have been a customer for two years with a coffee subscription. I acknowledge that until last month that was fine BUT as soon as there has been a problem their customer service is non-existent. They simply will not answer my emails nor crucially refund me for an order they charged me for on 12 September, which their own website describes as "unfulfilled." This is unacceptable. I will now have to contact my credit card company to try to get my money back.

Non-existent response or interaction if something goes wrong. In this instance my subscription order was processed and the money taken but nothing was sent to me. Despite multiple attempts to contact them on 3 different modes of communication, I got not so much as a bean (pun intended) of information or any response back. I would guess they are going into administration or have major staffing issues?
Apart from lots of jolly looking posts on Facebook there appears to be no one working there. A real shame as the coffee I got first time round was very nice. I can not recommend this company to anyone as things stand.

Previously big fan here abandoned
What has happened? Order not received, 3 unanswered emails to customer services and no reply on Instagram. No other way to get hold of them. Are they forgetting their loyal customers in favour of their big contacts with supermarkets that they have been telling us about?

Instant coffee usually tastes bitter and leaves an aftertaste.

Been a customer for over a year. Order not sent. Paid for over 2 weeks ago. Sent multiple emails and no response. Really poor. Avoid. May be company issues
No coffee
Never delivered the coffee. Now been over a week and paid for 24hr delivery. Sent three emails to follow up on my order and still not heard from their customer service. Money has been taken. Deeply disappointed. Have used Presto Coffee for a couple of years. Great coffee, but poor delivery service.
Never delivered product / Never responded to emails
Ordered coffee from them, they never delivered the coffee. Tried to contact customer services. Received no response. Very disappointing level of service from a company that prides themselves as being "premium".
Recommend this cofee and the company.
The coffee delivery was fast, next day if I recall properly. And it wasn't expensive (99p is not bad at all for delivery). The coffee tastes nice. And I liked the email sent me after the purchase with a pic of the owner. Was a nice touch. Made me feel warm towards the company. So on quality and service, excellent so far!
