They use Evri (Hermes) as their…

They use Evri (Hermes) as their courier.

Initially delivery was allegedly delivered, then they provided several erroneous updates and ultimately I had to have Presto send another bag of coffee 1 week later.

The customer service team were friendly, but given that my very first order was a disaster then I'll stick with a competetor as at least I have faith in their courier.

Such a great company to deal with

I just love when a company goes above and beyond. Presto Coffee are such a great company to do business with. The staff are so helpful and knowledgable and it's obvious that they want your custom. With that service, it's no wonder I keep going back.
