Ryan explained and showed us his portfolio to fit blinds in our new home. We were pleased with the ranges and his knowledge of different ones that would fit perfectly. Once decided, it took less than two weeks get them ordered and fitted, just in time for our housewarming. We are so pleased and they really bring out the beauty of our home. We needed some blinds for our office and Ryan's been extremely efficient. Came on time for his appointment, surveyed the space and sent us samples within a few days. We were able to make a decision very quickly and we're super pleased with the results. Good communication and high standards of service, highly recommend.

We had Pretloves Blinds out today to fit two bedroom windows with white shutters. The service from start to finish has been fantastic, very easy and straightforward, no hard sales, excellent knowledge of their products and useful advice to assist when we chose the final product.
The shutters were fitted and finished off to a very professional standard and were clean in all aspects of the work carried out today. Would thoroughly recommend and would definitely use again.

We had our shutters installed last week and are so pleased with them! They’re exactly what we wanted and have made the biggest difference to our rooms. Ryan was very informative when choosing the types of shutters we wanted and helped us to make the right decision for our space. The fitter John was also very good and a really nice guy. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for shutters!

He was very thorough when he came to take the initial blind measurements and had well thought out advice for me throughout the process. I went for vertical blinds and they arrived within the timeframe I was given. They were fitted today by John who did a fantastic job - he is vastly experienced and it showed with how efficiently and cleanly he did the job. Ryan made sure he was always in contact with me right from the first day and even calling after the job was completed to make sure I was happy. You are really looked after with Pretlove Blinds, and even with communication, I didn't have an instance where my calls or e-mails were not answered or returned promptly. 5 stars from me and would highly recommend!

These guys were knowledgeable and professional. We are very pleased with our shutters, A good quality product, good installation and they beat the bigger companies on price too!

We bought a new build house recently and had a few eye-wateringly large quotes from the big name blinds companies to provide and install wooden Venetian blinds for every window.
A neighbour suggested Pretlove’s and Ryan came out really quickly to give us a quote for the blinds and for a special UV filter roller blind for our living room patio doors.
Ryan was really friendly and genuine and his quote was considerably lower than the big name companies.
We booked in and the blinds were fitted about three weeks later. We are really pleased with them and glad we supported a small business in Essex
