Ordered a pair of customer jordans 10th December, ETA 40 days of completion, still not received, sent endless emails and no communication back!!!
My daughter was meant to have these for Xmas, she neither has the shoes and I'm furious that I'm £230 out of pocket!!!!
I hope this raises some concern and out of courtesy I will get this resolved.....

We’re so sorry to hear you feel like you have had a bad experience with Prettyie. We understand the frustration of not receiving your product and we took the following steps to track your package.
Royal Mail was contacted as soon as you reported your item as not being received, in which they advised we open up an investigation. This followed on to us contacting your local Post Office in which the postal service confirmed to us that the item was delivered and would have not been left unless delivered into someone’s hands. This would suggest being delivered to either yourself or a neighbour.
Our next step consisted of contacting ASOS directly who also advised that as all necessary steps were taken, therefore it would no longer be our responsibility and your next step would be to open up an investigation with your local post office.
We apologise that we were unable to help any further.

From what we can understand, we initially shipped this product and it was not delivered. Therefore we reprocessed the order and sent our a brand new package. We then received this review with no contact from yourself and we have been trying to contact you via email to offer you either a full refund or a possibility of sending the item again.
As you have not replied we re-sent the item for a third time and hopefully you shall successfully receive this soon. If not then please contact us for a refund!

I have never experienced a company that goes above and beyond like Prettyie has! I purchased me and my daughter matching pairs of airforce 1s they arrived in the time promised and I don’t know who loves them more! Amazing and personable customer service answering any questions I had. I couldn’t recommend more! I’ve purchased custom trainers from other companies and no one has matched the quality and attention to detail that Prettyie has. Thank you so much for our shoes!!!

I ordered the white Nike Air Force trainers with blue butterflies and am in love! 🦋The quality of the shoes is amazing, and the customer service is fantastic!
I've just placed another order and accidentally ordered the wrong size - luckily, customer service were so helpful and have amended my order for me. Sooo excited to receive the new pair! Have recommended this business to all of my friends!!! 😃Will definitely be buying more in the future!

I cannot recommend this small business enough! After being let down two weeks before Christmas from another company I happened to stumble across Prettyie and I am so glad i did. I explained what had happened and asked whether it would be possible to get some specific Nike Jordan 1s before Christmas, with very little hope, and they went above and beyond to make it happen for me. Nothing was too much trouble and they arrived within 10 days of ordering! It made my daughters’ Christmas. Thank you once again - a customer for life now!

Comfiest Shoes EVER
Air forces I usually don’t find comfy for long time wear. But these shoes are actually amazing, I walked in these for 5 or 6 hours continuously and my feet felt fine. No aches or pains, no strain or anything. You could wear these all day and still feel comfortable with no pain. Shoes have beautiful designs. So a win win situation in my opinion. Will definitely buy a second pair soon.
