NOT WORTH THE STRESS

You said on the 11th you could see it had already been sent, that you would look into where it went with Royal Mail and resend out another one the next day. It is the 28th today and it was sent 1st class. So it wasn't sent 1st class on the 12th then was it, I waiting a good amount of time for a 1st class delivery to arrive before starting a dispute with my bank. As I have said, the glitter is amazing and I never doubted it would be anything other than that. Customer service is awful, you have no respect for your customers.

Final Update
So funnily, 3 days after I start a dispute with my bank a package from Pretty Little cosmetics arrives.

I have given up and started a dispute with my bank, at this point I don't want glitter from a company that treats its customers like this.

Update 3, still received nothing!! A quick search of companies house shows the same owner and address for ZS cosmetics and pretty little cosmetics, so stop saying people are lying.

So I had an apology email on the 11/9/23 straight after leaving this bad review, saying "I will refund postage (which I received on 15/9/23), and resend your order via tracked service tomorrow. I can see your order was shipped already but should only take 1-3 and will investigate with Royal mail". 17/9/23 I get an email saying order is on it's way, so click the link to track it and it says, we have accepted your order and we are getting it ready come back for an update for your shipping status. So I look forward to giving you a product review, when it turns up. I have no doubt that these glitters are amazing, the customer service is shocking and that alone would make me not use them or recommend them.

Update 1, I don't often give bad reviews and I will happily give an honest review when I receive the goods. I have had an email and hopefully this issue will be resolved and I can come back and update again.

I place an order on Monday 28th Aug and paid £5.99 express delivery as I wanted it for a festival at the weekend. I then understood there was an issues on their insta stories so knew I wouldn't get my express delivery. I though ok these things happen, I have emailed several times for an update and no answer. I have watched more stories of deliveries going out on insta and nothing. No reply to my email and no delivery, I have noticed on the website there is a message saying 7 days dispatch now. Well mine is 11 working days already I am not even counting weekends! What has really got my back up is seeing obvious influencers getting there probably free samples to promote, get their glitter, but us paying customers still waiting. If you are having issues don't offer express delivery as you have made me pay for something you can't deliver. Update your customers, don't leave them with no other option that to leave bad reviews. I would not recommend and would not buy from them again.

We don’t send out free products to influencers we only have paying customers. Anything we post is from customers who pay for the products and love our products. We haven’t and don’t work with influencers as we don’t need too

Update: You state “funnily” after you’ve started a dispute with your bank but you were told your order was being resent so unsure as to what that means. You can keep your order and keep the refund from the bank too :)

Don’t waste your money

Please don’t waste your money trying to order from this company. I placed an order on July 15th and I am writing this review on September 10th. I have not received my products and I don’t think I’m ever going to. Like many other people in these reviews, I received an email stating that my order was shipped on 8/6. I didn’t get a tracking number or an updated order page. It’s been over a month so I can only assume that email was a lie or my order is lost. I’ll never know because this company refuses to answer emails, contact forms, or Instagram DMs. But somehow they have the time to post stories and videos to entice other people to waste their money on imaginary products. I’m using this review as a last resort to make contact since they seem to enjoy leaving nasty responses on here for concerned customers. Luckily my bank has been very helpful and is reviewing this transaction to get me a refund. I will be happy to update this review if I ever receive my products.

I’m sure you can see on our instagram stories and posts our amazing customers receiving their orders and putting out videos and pictures so it definitely isn’t imaginary products otherwise this business wouldn’t still be running for over 5 years. I have checked your order and can see a chargeback was opened and your bank have refunded the money so unfortunately the products will not be resent.

We will investigate what happened to the first order and give you an update but unfortunately cannot resend the order due to the chargeback. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Don’t bother.

I ordered on June 23rd. Order was marked shipped on the 28th. It was an international order so I waited an appropriate amount of time, we’ll over actually. I reached out to the company multiple times through Instagram, their contact form, and email with no response on where my order was (I waited their 3 business day time frame for email responses as well). They also deleted a comment I made on their TikTok. I had to threaten to contact my bank to get a response. They responded and offered to refund or send out my order again, this was 8/15. I asked for them to resend, no response. The next day I received a partial order (I ordered the brow soap and pretty as a doll glitter). I received the glitter but suspected it was the wrong color and emailed back right away letting them know I was missing an item and wanted clarification on the color of the glitter. No response. On 8/30 I contacted my bank to file a chargeback. Still no response from the company and no resent order either. This is absolutely ridiculous. I wanted to love this company but it was an absolute waste of time and money.

My excitement is quickly turning to disappointment

At this point I am still holding on to hope that I will be contacted and order received, but that hope is fading quickly. I placed order in August and on 8/19 received an email stating my items had shipped. I received no tracking info though and to date still have not received order. I emailed company on 8/30 and on 09/07 sent message via their website. Fingers crossed that company responds and better still I receive my full order placed, but at this point it appears my energy would be best spent warning others to save their money than being upset over being scammed.

I have still not received my product. Is this company a scam? I am going to dispute my charges…..this is probably why they don’t accept PayPal! Save yourself the headache and do not order from this “company”! I am extremely frustrated and disappointed!!!

Unresponsive, never received order

Unfortunately never received my order. Website asks for patience due to high volume but it has now been 1.5 months since placing order. Took more than a week after placing order to even get email notification stating order has shipped though no tracking information was provided. Waited 6 days to reach out to politely ask for tracking information and never got a response. Emailed couple days later with same request and nothing. Reached out twice through their site's contact form, no confirmation, no reply whatsoever. Reached out finally early August through DM on Instagram and I have yet to hear back, message hasn't even been seen. No phone number available to contact them otherwise I would've tried that too. Pretty convinced nothing is actually coming and now just working directly with my bank to get refund as merchant appears unwilling to follow through. Not sure where all the great reviews are from, wondering how those customers were successful 🤷🏽‍♀️ I personally would not suggest shopping from this merchant.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE

REALLY DISSAPOINTED..was really looking forward to my order orderd 5th August said the dispatched 15th there in the UK like me so I was shocked by 10 days b4 it was dispatched then no delivery at all no tracking either very difficultto get contact with them. I emailed 9 times before I got a reply I also wrote on there media posts and messaged on the Instagram to be ignored felt Customer satisfaction is not as important than posting content..finely replied back to my request for refund today 30th August 23 and said be upto 3 days for my refund.. we shall see l'll update if refund rescieved. If not ill contact my bank for money back and seek advice about beging scammed and options to take towards pretty little cosmetics as it seems there is alot of missed orders and no money back on request from the reviews im reading . Review will be updated on refund . X #UPDATE no refund after being told there was one issued to me and now are ignoring my emails .. UPDATE STILL IGNORING NO REFUND DO NOT USE

If I could give this place negative…

If I could give this place negative stars I would. I placed an order on July 17, I waited two weeks did not hear anything contacted customer support via email. No reply. I waited another week. Nothing, contacted via email again with no reply. I received an email on August 6 stating that my order has shipped. No tracking information. Nothing! Here we are 23 days after it stated my order was shipped. Still no order. I have sent multiple emails and direct messages on Instagram with no reply. It has been six weeks since I placed my order. No reply and no products. I am filing a dispute with my bank and this is very poor customer service I don’t care who you are, or what country your business is in. I really wanted the stuff to be legit because I wanted the cute glitter and the eyebrow wash/styler. But now I just gave them my money for free.

NOT a scam, product is REAL

First of all, this is NOT a scam. The product is REAL. So this is my revision to my previous review. The products are wonderful. A bit smaller than I imagined but that's fine. The lack of customer service and the amount of time it took to get the product is why I have given this three stars. I never received responses to my emails so to order from here means you live on a prayer until your products arrive. The products are beautiful but the time that it takes to arrive is extremely long. I ordered in July. I got them in September. That might not be the fault of the owner, but its definitely not helping.

I’ve had Exactly the same experience as everyone else here! Ordered on the 20th July, it’s now 21st aug and NOTHING!! they ignore your emails and never send your order!

If you want cosmetic glitters buy from magpie beauty! They are gorgeous and actually send your order!

My order number was 3554 before you claim you can’t find an order relating to my name like you have others here!

EDIT - they’ve now decided to reply, but only after I told them I was applying for a charge back. I can confirm like everyone else here they are incredibly unprofessional and rude.

Scammed

I ordered on July 18th, it’s august 13th and my order never arrived. It’s a uk based company and I’m in the uk. I guess I’ve been scammed like everyone else here.

To add, I’ve contacted the company numerous times via email and dm but no reply to any of my communications.

I’ve still not had any communication as of august 27th. I will be doing a chargeback via my bank tomorrow as I’ve had ZERO communication, ZERO tracking and ZERO product received.

Their glitter outshines their customer service by far

Emailed and sent inquiries on social media. I ordered on July 1st. July 16th I received an email stating my order shipped. As of 1:35 am, Sunday August 13th, when I check the email and click the link to track my order, it still says they are working on it...but you supposedly shipped it almost a month ago. Starting to believe I got scammed. I'm aware they are overseas, but this is ridiculous at this point. About to just ask my bank to dispute the charges. Several people on social media are having the same or similar issues upon investigation. I either want the glitter I ordered over a month ago or my money back. Either way, I won't be doing business with this company again. Very disappointing how customer concerns are handled.

Edited to add, if I ever receive a response and my product, I will change my review accordingly

Edit 2, as of today (8/22) someone got ahold of me regarding my purchase and offered to resend or refund and to investigate the package which they believe is missing.

Still waiting for an update

Made an order 17th of july and paid for it. Haven't heard anything since that. Have checked my spam inbox aswell, but no email saying my order has been sent. I've tried contacting them on Instagram via DM, and have left some comments on post (which they deleted) and two times tried to contact them through their contact form on their website, but nothing.

I really hope my order is on it's way, but the lack of response from this company is a big red flag unfortunately.

If my order doesn't show up in the next few weeks or there is never any response, I will update this rating to a 1 star experience :-/

Edit 19.08.23 : after writing my review I got on august 6th an email stating that my order was getting ready to be sent, and that I could check the link for a tracking number. But it seems like my order still isn't shipped even tho it's been two weeks since I got that update 😒 I tried emailing them 9 days ago, but no reply. I ordered to wear the products on a big festival here in Norway next weekend, but it seems like I have to find something else in a makeup store where I live.

Update 14.09 : surprise surprise, today I recieved my order. Well, one of two products at least. They sent it 30.08. And it says on the shipping label that they sent me both products, but that was not the case 😭

Update 02.03.25, over 1,5 years later:

Never recieved item number 2.

Do your research and read below Scam company do not buy anything from them

This company has failed to answer queries, failed to deliver the goods ordered and as such I have had to contact my credit card company to get a refund.
I believe this is a scam so beware.
I see your response which is quite different to your previous email stating it was sent 2 weeks ago. You have responded to one email, ignored all other emails despite them clearly asking you provide a tracking number which you have still failed to provide. At no
point did it state 10 days although that is irrelevant as it's well past that. I note you recently added a message about taking 7 days go fulfill orders, again that was not on the website when I placed an order and to be honest I think it's a delaying tactic. I hold out no hope of anything arriving. You have not fulfilled my order, not provided any tracking information despite the fact you state you will send that once the item is shipped, which you said over 2 weeks ago. If anyone is in any doubt I suggest they Google your company and the word scam and make their own judgement.

Interesting customer service you have, not even a sorry or apology in sight. Well here we are ok 29th July and surprise surprise no parcel. Also had others hunt around your website for the so called' it's taking 2 weeks'. It still says 7 days to fulfill orders which was added after I placed my order. As I say people can make their own minds up that's what trust pilot is all about. Google the company make their own mind up. I know to stay away.

Today this company has again posted a rather rude comment regarding the 7 day posting comment. Not sure why they continue to update this but suffice to say their customer service is appalling. They lie and oh the order never arrived and it's now August 21st. As I said previously let
others make their own mind up all I can provide is my feedback on my experience which was awful.

Since yesterday and when I was notified of the update by trust pilot, this company has amended the update they added so what is now on there is totally different. Weeks after being told the parcel has been sent and yet never arrived, I get an email dated 6th August staying this order has been shipped, bit odd as they told it it was sent weeks earlier. Happy to share this email
should anyone be in doubt as to whether I am the scammer or this awful company is. Stay away, don't order as you'll end up having to charge back. If you've ordered already and in any doubt, charge back now save doing it later They state they have 5 star reviews so I wonder who they paid to make those false claims!
Customer service is the worst and I strongly suggest they send all their staff on a suitable training course.
Gosh another rude comment from this company, it's getting almost amusing.
For those in doubt look up the company, Google the owner and look up ZS official Beauty limited. All the same scammer, you should be ashamed. If anyone is scammed report them to Action Fraud UK.

Still the lies and comments continue. I've already reported you and the company as fraudulent and my bank is well aware of your scam. Others have also reported both your companies so you will be investigated.
You continuing to accuse people of being scammers and liars is really getting boring but the more you continue to write comments the more the message gets out there that you're a
scam company.
No one has to beleive anything written here they just need to do their research. Google both companies detailed above, Google the owner, check out the police articles. Just make your own decision on this company and so called owner before you order anything but if you have already placed an order, don't wait too long in the expectation that your order will arrive, be ready to cancel, chargeback, do what you can to make sure you are not another victim of a shocking company happy to steal your hard earned money. Do your research everyone, it's worth it,
