The number of shops you can use this card at is way too limited and doesn't include the larger stores such as Rebel, Briscoe, Mitre10 etc.

This seems to be a scam, DO NOT BUY!!! Bought a prezzee card to use it to buy a Woolworths gift card, as you're supposed to be able to do, but Woolworths disappears from the retailer list when attempting to use the card. Customer service couldn't fix the problem or even explain it, and are refusing to cancel and refund the unusable card. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!!!
Now they've replied to ask me to contact them?! Tried that already, several times, and got NOWHERE!!

I was given this ecard earlier this year but then thought I would leave it until Christmas time so I could get a few extra treats. When I was able to set it up then went to the supermarket the checkout operator helped me with the pin number etc

Dreadful experience with online order which was unable to be delivered to an email address. Reached out to Customer care, long wait to connect. Couldn't be resolved on the day. Escalated by customer care agent . Had to chase up the next day. Issues remained. Not fully resolved until we see if my daughter can open up the gifts. Lodged a complaint and sorry but won't be doing online ordering with this company again.

Although marketed as an easy way to gift loved ones overseas covering US, OZ, NZ etc but it seems that it comes with a caveat that you have to create an account for each region...
I tried multiple times to purchase an e-gift card for a loved one who resides in NZ & prezzee cant process the payment (i even tried paying through PayPal) ..and upon contacting the customer service via chat, I was advised that I need to create an NZ account eventhough I already have a prezzee australian account... Then, in trying to create the NZ prezzee account, it requires a physical NZ address...so I gave up & never again....

So I purchased I card to help someone buy groceries. Website states it can be used at woolworths, however the option to "swap to a brand card" for woolworths doesn't exist. The horrible ai will try to gaslight you into thinking it's there and you're just blind. And when you finally get put through to a human who will tell you "sorry, we cant refund you, Please note that although the eGift card is unused, the recipient has opened the gift card.". How cheeky is that? No you didnt use the card, but you did click the button. I feel like I was lied to, I'm out $100 and all I have is this useless e-card that can't be used anywhere I wanted to use it. Just avoid them, gift cash instead.
