After 4 months and 10 chats dealing…

After 4 months and 10 chats dealing with Prezzee NZ, as I could not get into my account and everything we tried did not work, chat finally (after continual pressure from me )gave me an 0800 number to call. I spoke with Jessie , she sorted and organised my voucher and emailed me the pdf in around 10 mins all sorted.
