After getting through the AI bot, Andy was responsible for helping me. I have never experienced a more unpleasant interaction with someone who is supposed to help you. Is this just a scam?

Subpar system that doesn't work.

This company is a nightmare to deal with their system is sub par they will leave you at the bowser you cannot rely on what their app or system says and they do not care about the headache it can caus weeks of trying to get assistance and they repeat the same moronic oh we dont know whats wrong but we took the money and cannot see anything where it was spent how it was spent or even when it was spent ...... seems like a 8 year old got good at Ai prompting id stay away if you need the system to actually work or be functional.

Best Customer Care experience

Short wait time, and Mar was one of the best customer care people I've ever dealt with. he was clear and concise, and happy to go over things a second time if need be to make sure i understood what i needed to do

I had a really positive experience with Prezzee Customer Care recently, and I would especially like to thank Red for the outstanding support throughout the entire process.

Red was patient, professional, understanding, and communicated with genuine care from beginning to end. He took the time to carefully listen to my situation, kept me updated along the way, and made what was initially quite a stressful experience feel much more manageable.
