The customer care agent was able to understand and help me with my request and my login problem.

I have been trying to sort this problem out since 21 March 2026 and today I was able to have my problem sorted out.

Previously someone was supposed to get back to me with my problem but never did.

Can verify via text & email but can't send reminders

Prezzee are quick enough to take cash for their 'swap cards', send verify codes via email and text but don't have the ability or technology (apparently) to let you know when they are due for expiry.
Disgusting. I would rather pay $6 for a Mastercard than ever use prezzee personally or refer my company or anyone to use them again. Massive rip off

Could not download my card

Could not download my card . Could not contact you by phone. Have card somewhere and not happy at all. Ok I received my email re gift card on the 7/4/28. Tried to download it unable to. Then when I did it was supposed to go into my wallet, didn’t, the downloaded your wallet , didn’t go into that. Then was told to put information into my wallet manually unable to , told to pick provider I wanted to use, limited. Chose one . But have no idea where this card is. As I said tried to ring number advertised , response This number is not correct. Hope this helps.
