Thanks to PriceLaps, I was able to achieve a noticeably better occupancy rate for my Airbnb; the application is easy to use and gives a good insight into the price structure in the vicinity of your own accommodation.

PriceLabs has positively impacted my revenue in two ways:
1. In Neighborhood Data, Competitor Calendar, I can easily understand competitor pricing. There is an export to CSV button which makes analysis even easier.
2. Using the data extracted from Competitor Calendar, I understand who are the “real” competitors, what is their occupancy level, and what pricing actions I need to take.

Great customer service.
I contacted the team to find out why my AirBnB and VRBO prices seemed out of whack.
Seems that the I had accidentally activated AirBnB smart pricing which caused the discrepancy.
Simple fix from the Team and my account pricing is running with no issues.

Been trying for days to cancel my trial. Multiple chat support and a 1 on 1 screen share and Price Labs pricing, minimum days, etc are still populated on my Calendar. I cannot change my own prices and PL support cannot help at all.

Very good service, has everything I needed to compete with our concurents.

If improving it then I would suggest adding more data from different sources. This will affect real market value.

I have been using PriceLabs for just a couple of months. It has had an immediate impact on the business. While currently in low season, I am up 24% over last year, most likely the effect of a more aggressive and differentiated price strategy. I now look forward to see the impact on the high season.
Something else that I have appreciated are the frequent training sessions organised by PriceLabs. I attended a 5-day Masterclass and I learned a great deal. At the moment, I am definitely a happy customer.

We use Pricelabs within our Software/Channel manager to do the pricing for our holiday rentals in Berlin. We have automated the process of pricing with the help of Pricelabs. While using recommended procedures from Pricelabs it was easy to setup and use the tool. We saw the great potential of the tool right after the start. I assume we can get further benefit when we would put more effort in this tool.

PriceLabs has very ambitious goals to help AirBNB hosts optimize pricing, but the platform is too complex to help non-technical hosts. Communication from the company under the guise of "support" is mostly self-focused and self-serving, with way too much "inside baseball" content to be useful. Additionally, they seem to be an adolescent company that has fallen in love with being a startup, which really holds them back. And while I applaud the depth and breadth of their tools, with this depth comes complexity and this complexity makes the system very frustrating for a non technologist to use. There is no way I will pay someone to implement a tool like this as a consultant; if I cannot use the tool as an owner-operator, then it doesn't work for me. I hope that PriceLabs can work through their many challenges, as it is a good concept in theory. They get an "A" for ideation, but a "D" for delivery.

PriceLabs' customer service is great! Whenever I have a question or feedback, I get a relevant response within a day. The product works well for me and has boosted my income by about 30% in the first three months since I've been using it.

Pricelabs (and KeyNest) are my two favourite tools for my two apartments in Fuerteventura, Canary Islands. Pricelabs is particularly useful because i've got it configured in such a way that I can avoid gaps, and lower my prices as the date gets closer, which makes my occupancy much better

The "12 Days of PriceLabs" webinars were impeccably organized, allocating the first 10 minutes for clear explanations and a generous 20 minutes for addressing questions. Each answer was complemented by a link to the knowledge base. Daily summary emails reiterated concepts and provided links to related knowledge base articles. The inclusion of real-life cases for discussion and feedback requests on actual issues was particularly beneficial. PriceLabs continues to impress with exceptional customer support and valuable, content-rich webinars, demonstrating an unparalleled commitment to customer training.

We have been using Pricleabs for about five years. It can be as simple or sophisticated as you want, according to how deep you want to delve into revenue management for your portfolio. All bases are covered, and the system is always getting better and improving. This is a good place to start if you are not already doing revenue management!

I'm a vacation rental owner with properties on both VRBO and Airbnb. PriceLabs dynamic pricing was easy to setup with great how-to videos and excellent, responsive customer support. I was able to get everything set up in a day or two. I moved to priceLabs after trying for two weeks to get one of their competitors to work.

Pricelabs more than pays for itself as I've filled many nights with higher prices than I would have been comfortable setting myself.

I'm a new AirBNB host, just hosting a single unit. To put it bluntly I don't really know what I'm doing. I don't know how to price, I don't know how to analyze my competitors.
