get a high but competitive price
In the first days it seems somewhat complicated since it has an infinite number of parameters to refine your rates almost to infinity.
When you are clear about which are the most important options for you, it is quite simple and it does not take you more than a couple of minutes to refine your rates and of course configure your calendar, it even allows you to dynamically automate the minimum stay days.
In the end you get a high but competitive price per night, which is what you want with this type of software

We absolutely love PriceLabs
We absolutely love PriceLabs. It is simple and fun to use. We have tried other tools, but PriceLabs is the most realistic and accurate tool out there, even for markets outside of the US (something other tools are not fine-tuned enough for). The tool also offers the flexibility to handle more specialized items if needed. PriceLabs is one of the most fundamental investments for running a STR, and it has helped us secure the top spot in our market.

So powerful, yet so easy!
This software is so powerful, but still fairly priced (ok, it's downright cheap). Once you've set everything up, you can forget all pricing challenges for a long time. Of all the tools I utilize in running my STR... Pricelabs is the best.

No accuracy, will make you lose money
The service lacks accuracy in the pricing suggested.
The support ignores any feedback and bug reports.
It seems that they know that the service sucks, but they don't care, they use marketing to find customers willing to pay this huge price without realizing that the price predictor uses some basic low-level algorithm.
It has more probability to make you lose money than gain some.

The support team did reply to your inquiry and made clear that the issue you were raising was not a bug but, in fact, a setting that was not done on your account. We understand that PriceLabs may not be for everyone as there are settings that need to be done on the user's end. Having said that, we are constantly working on improving the service.
Good tool for setting your pricing
Good tool for setting your pricing. Unfortunately not all features are available depending on who you use for a PMS. For example, you cannot set discounts for varying lengths of stay which would be quite useful.

Regarding your feedback about some features being unavailable for certain PMS - as you can imagine that this requires both parties to have the capabilities and we are constantly working with our PMS partners to improve capabilities at both end.
For example, the Length of stay pricing is a capability that is currently live only on Rentals United and Stays. We are also building Length of stay pricing feature for several other PMS (including Hostaway, Avantio, Icnea, Lodgify) - this capability will be live in next few months.

Price Labs is a great pricing tool for short term accommodations. It is not set it and forget it. You must do your own tweaking however the tools given make it very easy to do so.
They have awesome customer service and are always willing to help. There are also tons of webinars and video how to's .

Excellent customer support
I have been working with Daniel Zammata on my pricing strategy for the past month. he has been very helpful in guiding me through the tool, helping me setup my new properties, but also giving tips to increase my ranking on OTA's. He responds to emails very quickly, and always makes himself available to answer my questions via call. While I am still getting used to this tool, and cannot really rate the tool yet, I can speak highly of Daniel.

Pricing is difficult, Pricelabs makes it easy.
Pricing is difficult and a bit of a guessing game usually. PriceLabs decides the price for me for every day that I have open going forward, and continuously adjusts those prices up and down based upon demand in the area. I don't have to do anything but pay $10 a month. It's so worth it. They are laser focused on pricing - it's all they do. I can use other tools for other stuff if I want (which I don't!) so I'm not paying for a load of other functionality that I don't use.

Outstanding Tools
Tried this pricing tool because i need help with pricing strategy managing my Airbnb.
The result was outstanding, from the first day using the trial I instantly got more bookings. Since using this tool my occupancy is at 90% monthly while income increase by atleast 25%.
What i love about pricelabs is the ease of use, the pricing recomendations was spot on. I feel confidence managing my Airbnb.
