Penrith Priceline pharmacy has the…

Penrith Priceline pharmacy has the worst customer service especially the lady with blue and pink hair and glasses . She was rude to me just because I’ve asked questions instead of answering, she was rude and obnoxious. we decided to leave all the product on the counter because I am not supporting people who is rude. The worst customer services ever, I don't recommend Priceline pharmacy at CRN Maxwell & Evan Street at Penrith 2750

Priceline Horsham takes no responsibility

Priceline Pharmacy in the regional Victorian town of Horsham do not take responsibility very seriously. I had to see a dermatologist some 3 hours drive away in Bendigo, I paid my fees of roughly $400 and will wait for my prescription from Medicare to be sent to them, the dermatologist asked me where to send the prescription to, and I stupidly asked them to send it to the pharmacy I was seeing. These scripts are sent out via registered post because of the value of the medication on them, but this script was received correctly. My script has been lost, several weeks later I am still waiting for a notification to come collect my items, but to no avail. This pharmacy is pretending to not have received the script, trying to pass responsibility on to either my prescribing doctor or the postal service, but this was sent via registered mail and it was received. I cannot explain how uncomfortable I now have to live because of my skin condition, Medicare cannot resend the script and the dermatologist cannot request another be sent, so the lesson here is if you have a valuable script and you need it sent to your pharmacy for security, you cannot trust this pharmacy as they do not take responsibility when they loose it. I have never been in this predicament with any other pharmacies ever, and I have been on this medication for more than a decade. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.

Buying cosmetics at Priceline can be…

Buying cosmetics at Priceline can be rewarding. The store assistants are not always expert level knowledge of the products but you can product test in store. My biggest issue with cosmetics is that you might buy an expensive product that you later discover you are allergic to, and no hope of refund. Same goes for vitamin supplements. If only they had product tests available for the vitamins as well as cosmetics.

Stay away.

Same experience as others. as well as ridiculous charges. We know we have to pay "taxes and charges" but they added 46% to the cost of my reservation! In the end they offered about 5% back but that is still ridiculous.

Do not use Priceline for flights

I would strongly recommend not booking through Priceline. There was no clear communication that my flight had changed both airports a times, as well as not refunding me for my last leg of my trip that was cancelled due to bad weather. There is also no real customer support available from Priceline.

There is a serous communication breakdown at Priceline head office
I wote 4 times to get a response
Not good service .in store is worse
They pass on your info to no avail.
We have had an account since the opening and before the takeover all of a sudden we were not allowed to use our account to make purchases .
Our spend was substantial $400 yo $500 per month when we could purchase continence pads then deleted now we
Are only allowed to have the medications on account which is $100 plus for daughter $80 for myself and $70 for my brother.
I hope someone responds to our gripe
As the sales manager has no people skills
And staff turnover seems very high
Wake up Priceline before you lose us completely

'Price' is the operative word: as in 'very high'.

Priceline advertise themselves as a "Top Quality Store". At the prices they charge, so they should be. Medication I regularly take costs $25 at my usual pharmacy. At Chemist Warehouse it's $8. At Priceline it was $36: that's about 450% more than it costs at Chemist Warehouse and about 140% more than at my local pharmacy. Guess where I won't be shopping again.

Item missing but swiftly resolved

I wasn’t very happy when I received my Priceline order as it had an item missing. I contacted them via online help and they were very slow to respond. I then rang Sunnybank Hills who had packed the package, and they apologised, sent me a replacement item and a little gift as recompense. Got my missing item within 48 hours so a great effort to put things right.

Poor response to damaged products

I've been waiting 4 days for someone from Priceline to get back to me for my product return that I bought online, two of the items ($40 in value) were damaged during transit. The photos provided to Priceline clearly shows that the fake tan leaked through the box damaging another product.

Lodged successful online report 26/2, tried multiple times since the 24/2 with no success. Emailed to follow up on the 28/2 only to be emailed that someone would get back to me 29/2.

I am writing this in quite disappointment

I am writing this in quite disappointment as I’m waiting on someone from Priceline to get back to me for my product return that I bought online and didn’t use once. I have been waiting for more than 3 weeks for a reply for a return of my hair styled. In the meantime I’ve visited at least 3 Priceline stores for a return, and they all tell me that I cannot return this product in store. Since it’s an online product, it can be only returned via post with Priceline customer service. I am quite running out of hope here and I feel very disheartened looking at the Priceline customer service. The service is absolutely poor. Not a single response email. It’s been almost a month

Priceline Underwood QLD

Priceline Underwood QLD.

I'm disabled. It takes me 20 minutes to set up my disability equipment to go get my medications. The previous chemist and I had an arrangement where I'd ring, order, and he'd supply. Pay over the phone and someone would dash out (5 metres cos I'm parked outside the store) and give me my medication. New chemist. Baulked at the first request but did it. Second request refused. All sorts of excuses. Hope you never get disabled mate and have to rely on the generosity of others!
