I am very Disappointed with the Smart Watch 11
I am very disappointed with the Smart Watch 11. Even after a full charge, the battery lasted only about one hour before the watch switched off on its own. The rubber strap is also of poor quality and feels uncomfortable and cheaply made.
Overall, this product does not meet expectations in terms of battery performance or build quality. Unfortunately, I feel my money was wasted, and I would not recommend this smartwatch to others.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
As soon as I completed the transaction, got a telephone call to confirm that the the order has been accepted and process started. I ordered the product as its price was very attractive compared to prices quoted by others. I was kept informed of all stages of the order processing, including the video of the product being packed. Ordered on 13th June and got the originally boxed product on 17th June.

I book my order 3337399 for Samsung…
I book my order 3337399 for Samsung Galaxy S25 FE with an advance payment done by online transfer. Priceoye representative called me second day for confirmation. I informed him that remaining amount will be paid on delivery through online transfer. He confirmed that no issue, it will be accepted. Now they are telling me to charge 1.5% extra on online transfer, otherwise I must pay cash. This term is not mentioned before order booking, nor their representative informed. All of this can be verified through voice recording. I have serious concern on this. If a company is said to be Pakinstan First digital business company, why charging extra on online transfer. This is not a credit card payment. No one should be allowed to charge extra on online transfer. I am highly disappointed after talking with customer representative again while the lady emphasize to pay cash or cancel order. This is not small amount that everyone will carry all the time. If your purchasing expereince is bad, no matter what is the product expereince then.

Please note that on card, Easypaisa, and JazzCash payments, a processing fee is applicable as per payment gateway charges. If you wanted to avoid any additional charges, you could have completed the full payment at the time of placing the order via bank transfer, or selected cash on delivery, where no such fee is applied.

They took the money confirmed the order and cancelled it the next day without returning the money!! Or providing any explanation as to why the order has been cancelled.
