Really impressed by this company. Only ordered it late on on Monday and my parcel arrived today Everything neatly packed. My biggest bargain was the Persil Non-bio 31 washes which I managed to get for only 99p Hopefully I’ll get it at this price again. I’ll definitely be placing another order with this company again soon. Excellent service and very friendly, polite and courteous staff. One very happy customer

Short, dramatic, confident… and unfortunately completely incorrect.
This is one of those reviews that really does make us wonder whether the product information was approached with the same level of attention as our follow-up email. Because, just to be clear, you did not contact us before leaving this review. You did not raise an issue. You did not ask us a question. You did not give us the opportunity to explain anything.
We found out through Trustpilot.
We then reached out to you directly to discuss it.
No reply.
So the product information was missed, and then our email was missed too. There does seem to be a theme developing.
Now let’s deal with the actual claim.
The products were not “out of date”. They had Best Before dates. Best Before dates are not expiry dates. They are not Use By dates. They do not mean unsafe, gone off, illegal, expired or anything else dramatic.
They relate to quality guidance, especially on ambient products.
We display relevant Best Before dates clearly before purchase. Not hidden. Not disguised. Not tucked away in a secret panda vault. Clearly shown across the shopping journey so customers can make an informed decision before placing an order.
So let’s gently walk this review through the facts.
Did we advertise the products clearly? Yes.
Did we show the relevant Best Before information before checkout? Yes.
Did we send exactly what was ordered? Yes.
Did we charge the price agreed? Yes.
Did the customer contact us before leaving this review? No.
Did the customer reply when we reached out afterwards? Also no.
Were “most things out of date”? No.
So what we have here is not a review of poor service. It is a public complaint about information that was available before purchase, missed before purchase, then misunderstood after purchase.
We are a genuine, honest and transparent family business. If we make a mistake, we own it. If a customer has a genuine issue, we fix it. Customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do.
But we are also allowed to defend ourselves when a review is factually wrong.
For anyone reading this, please do not be alarmed by the phrase “out of date”. It is incorrect. The products were as advertised, as described and supplied honestly.
Best Before means Best Before.
It does not mean the product turned into a health hazard at midnight.

Honestly i was a bit wary of ordering…
Honestly i was a bit wary of ordering from a site i initially found on Facebook, but gave it a go anyway & i am happy to say that i have had no reason to regret my decision.
I have placed quite a few orders & always received, quality items at amazing prices, carefully packaged in such cute boxes( simply love the boxes :) ).
Only once have i had a problem with an order , which was not in anyway the fault of PricePanda but of the delivery people, a quick email had Craig responding instantly & efficiently taking care of my complaint & keeping me informed at every step.
Overall i would rate this company 10 out of 10 for everything from quality of goods, great pricing to their caring genuine staff, & that can`t be said for a lot of retailers these days.
Keep up the good work!
I`ll be looking forward to my next box of treats :)

Fantastic First Order
My first order arrived yesterday (I was stocking up my home bar) and it was effing awesome! The Courier was Royal Mail which I was really pleased about as I could get it diverted to a local shop because I was . The deals on premixed alcoholic drinks are brilliant! I have started to shop regularly with this company without any issues. However I had a no delivery on one order, I was concerned as it was for a large amount of money. I shouldn't have been as pricey panda contacted me and a few emails later I knew I was being listened to. The matter was resolved within 48 hours and I can honestly say it's the BEST customer service I've received in years. Due to this service I will repay them with future orders. 20/10 for this company.

Had several orders from them ,must be the best online company I have used for consistent good value and service...
Wide range of groceries, beauty,home items plus some odds often called wide aisle products nowadays..
Prices good or excellent ,often amazing when on special special offer for the day ,being free or 1p...
Good places to look for regular treats or cupboard items but also for your favourite item which has been discontinued and you cannot get from main stores anymore...
The delivery is super fast, never paid for postage actually, sometimes it's next-day normally two days and it's free for everyone over a basket total of £30...
The packaging is good ,big strong delightful brown boxes with assorted pandas enjoying life ,even suggests things you want use the box for and other info on offers etc...I save these boxes for a local lady who holds charity sales for local good causes and she has send it makes her life so much easier for transport and storage of items...
Everything always well packed,never light items crushed at the bottom! Plenty of paper / card around glass jars etc and air pockets to stop items rolling and getting damaged.
On a couple of occasions I have contacted the help service and was answered once in two minutes! With details of how to find something plus details and even screenshot,another time when I messaged after midnight reply at 7.30 am ...can't imagine any other firm has ever out shone this...
I am not a family member or been offered anything for this review!
Considering how I have given five stars before these people need ten ....
