Great customer service
I have placed a few orders with Price Panda and they have been brilliant. I had my first issue with my last order as one item was damaged. I emailed Price Panda and Craig issued a refund for that item straight away and let me keep it. Great customer service!

The best by far.
Since November I’ve placed 20 orders with Price Panda, (currently Gold level but aiming for Platinum), and there hasn’t been a single issue with any of them. I’m actually waiting on a delivery as I type this 🤣.
Great service, cracking value, brilliant products. I have ordered from a few similar sites, one is really slow with deliveries, and another there’s been numerous issues such as missing/incorrect items and the like. There’s a reason that pricepanda.co.uk is my go to for bargains as you’re the best by some margin 👏👏.

Great place to shop!
Have had quite a lot of orders from them now. I love looking to see what is new to buy and also the hot deals. They have a great variety of things and the best before date on all food and drink in clearly shown. I think the £25 order value to get a free delivery is great - compares to £50 value on another popular site which is way too much. And, as long as Parcel Force don't mess it up, I usually get my order within a couple of days of placing it.
Finally, the boxes they use are great quality and I have been re-using them.

Each time my order has been well packed, lovely company specific packaging. I have always been notified when my parcel is due for delivery. Always been delivered quickly. Have ordered around 15 times with Price Panda now. Super value for money and some great bargains thrown into the mix. Delivery is usually within the week and free delivery set at a more realistic price for single parent families. Slight problem with my last order but rectified quickly and efficiently.
