We visited first time Prices Diner in…

We visited first time Prices Diner in Lyngby. The restaurant looks cozy inside but everything else is poor quality. The food is just really bad & expensive and it takes long time to get any service. I have to say that this is my first and last time I will visit there.

What a disappointment

Visited The diner today in Lyngby for my wife’s birthday.
I am a huge game of thrones fan. I was bitterly disappointed with the last season but I never wrote a review.
But if the last season had been as bad as my experience today at Prices, I would have written plenty of reviews.
The restaurant seemed to be under staffed, it took 50 minutes for my food to arrive.
The waiter looked very sweaty, which didn’t seem hygienic. I know it was a very hot day, but he should be given the chance to take a breather and change his shirt.
We were five people on a four man table. And we booked the table weeks ago.
We ordered fish and chips. I’m English, and what I was served today was not fish and chips that I know.
And the standard was very different on the portions. My pieces had burnt batter, and one of my son’s pieces was bigger than my two pieces putted together.
The chips tasted odd.
And one of the brothers was there dining himself - he obviously didn’t notice what went on.
II have been told that the brothers know perfectly well how to cook proper fish and chips. If I look at their recipe online, it looks nothing like the fish they serve in the restaurant.
It comes across false to me: Two talented brothers from tv, who cook lovely food on tv. You expect that standard of food in their restaurant. What a disappointment.
They should stick to tv and stay away from restaurants if they cannot deliver.
If they have any pride about them selves they will contact each and every one who has expressed that they have been disappointed. They will invite them back and cook them lovely meals to the standard we were expecting.
Always keep in mind who they are and what they do on tv. Because that’s what people expect.
