I usually read up reviews before i order but stupidly thought i had got a good price on a fridge even sent me a order confirmation email then i read the reviews and panic set in contacted my bank who too said looked like a scam as came through as grocery was told to contact company straight away to ask for refund straight away got a reply refund within 5 days thats was 8th November suprise suprise no refund so now tsken it up with my bank luckily got proof with all the emails. Cant believe the company is still on google search. Lesson learnt stick with well known companies even if they do cost more.

I am only giving a 1 as you can't give any less. Anyway a total scam. I andni would day dont bother. But you can't because they have gone when you do a serch. Anyway another wed page. That look suspicious simlar has now popped up. So as a precaution i would give that a wind berth also. It looks like the name in merescommerce all one word. If i am wrong they can contact me and i will be happy to say sorry. But it will disappear in a week. But have nothing to do with ether. It not like they are thar much cheaper.

This site is a scam, I ordered my mum a fridge freezer and they took the money but no item , looks legit but isn't, don't use this company.

Ok so I put my order in 2 weeks ago for a washing machine. My email has a delivery tracking for a company named M.W LOGISTICS LTD 09859858 this is the company number which is registered under company house.gov. I know they said 3-5 working days but my delivery estimation says 27th nov which is today. I will let you know if my washing machine arrives. I’m giving them a chance as so close to Christmas with such reasonable prices I bet they are bogged down with sales and they seem to ship from Romania. I will update soon…

so this is definitely a scam I have spoken to the director of the cloned company number and am in the process of raising dispute with my bank. Amazing how google are still letting people buy off this site

That's all Google's fault and they are together partnership with priceshooter for this scam. Shame on you Google, people trust you and you are playing with people's trust. Prices advertise by proceshooter are not correct prices as in the current market one same model washing machine is selling for £240+ and how the hell this company is selling for £160? That's scam..fraud and they are steeling people's money. Be aware

Ordered & paid for a fridge freezer. I got no confirmation email of the order & cant get hold of the company to see whats going on, my bank have told me I have had to wait for 15 days before I can do anything legal to get my money back.

I ordered a washing machine.
Checked reviews realised it was a scam. Rang the bank explained to them. Very helpful.
Emails arrived but delivery date more than a week away.
Emailed the company got no response
Contacted the bank again, given a phone number, not in service.
Contacted the bank again,
They investigated and have refunded my money.
Bad experience.

Please don’t go anywhere near this company, ordered a Ninja that has never arrived. Emailed them and courier service have had nothing back and still no Air Fryer. Police have been contacted

Ordered 2 ninja air fryers took money never hurd nothing back phone numbers don't work no chat room after taking payment big scam don't even fall for it chat sign is there when viewed web site soon as you pay it goes .....STAY AWAY ....

Ordered a fridge freezer .Still not arrived .tried to email them .keep getting postmaster general email not sent .tried to call them both phone numbers not working .there a scam stay well away from them

I order a washer machine 3 weeks ago it seemed like a genuine website, to find out it isn’t. They said I would revive my washer machine on the 18th off November but they emailed to say it was delayed and I could have 20% refund when I receive my washer machine or I could receive full refund that day. I did not apply for a refund as I thought it’s only another week. Come to today I went onto the tracking it says that it that it still was not out for delivery or anything. Tried to phone the two phone numbers which are invalid, tried email several times still no reply. I went to go on my banking and they have taken over my full account. Phoned my bank and luckily they have refunded me but please don’t fall for this.

If you haven’t already cancelled your payment, then do it now.
Order placed 1 Nov, given estimated delivery date with tracking information, date missed but offered 20% discount with delivery one week later, still waiting.
No response from email, telephone or tracking site !

Ordered a fridgefreezer.nothing arrived.the email address has shut down and the phone numbers are false.iv informed the police and they are investigating this charlatan company.i searched a bit more and it seems they are based in romania.so i will let you draw your own conclusions on that.do not buy anything its not real.

This is an illegal website. If you proceed to order goods with personal details to get to the payment landing page you are prompted to check your email for your invoice. You are then fooled into clicking a link where you are expected you enter your card details. That’s where your details get stolen. Interestingly, the link is legit but it’s not a legit payment processing service. Just a scam. And the name of people where your money is supposedly going to buy your fridge freezer is ROMANIAN GROCERS LTD, in Ilford. Says it all. Seemingly that’s a legit shop but don’t be fooled because you won’t receive your goods

If you are reading this it’s probably because you’ve been scammed. All you can do is use credit card to get your money back. Never debit. They don’t refund. And report to trading standards. Because, unlike me, where I have not been scammed, you are the ones who can make a report that they can actually act upon. They can have to site taken down and investigate and if there’s enough evidence then they can prosecute. Although your money is gone :(

I held off writing this until i knew what was happening.
i ordered a washing machine on the 3/11/23 2days later got a shipping notice saying delivery by 18/11 even though a previous email said 7-8days on the 16th i cancelled and was told my refund was issued and would take 5working days the day after this i had and email saying if i waited i could have a discount, this is even though they had already issued my refund..... so today i completed a charge back request and have been refunded by my bank and this is what i would recommend anyone else that has fallen into this trap do, the bank was great process was easy, also i have noticed today that my delivery date is now tomorrow, even though they said they had refunded me
