I placed an order for freedge freezer on the 18/11/2023 didn't recieve any email as to when the delivery will get here or tracking, I emailed them asking for details to only get email to say the order will arrive in 2 days still nothing still no response haven't received my item. This website needs to shut down the numbers on the website do not work don't buy from this company or a SCAM !!!!

Very bad experience I am waiting for the washing machine more then 2 weeks.

Paid for an air fryer sent fake tracking number my statement said payment sent to Romanian groceries contacted company via email they said my order would be here Saturday guess what it never arrived contacted them then they said Tuesday courier would be in touch they said it was DPD tracking number not recognised on DPD site bunch of SCAMMERS WHY HASN'T GOOGLE SHUT THEM DOWN WEBSITE STILL ACTIVE DISGRACE!!! I cannot afford to lose money

Ordered a fridge freezer on 14th November through Priceshooter.com! I ordered because my friend had sent me the link, and stupidly I just assumed they had ordered from there so didn’t bother to check! The website seemed legit! I paid through Apple Pay, but once payment had gone though it took me to a green page saying thank you for your order ROMANIAN GROCERS LIMITED!!! This rang alarm bells when I seen this, so I immediately checked my emails, I received an email saying my order was on hold until payment was confirmed this email come through as Priceshooter.com i went back to the website and tried calling the company both mobile numbers was not connecting! I then checked the trust pilot reviews and was horrified as I new I had been scammed! I contacted my bank but because the payment was pending they couldn’t do anything about this, now it’s out of pending it’s under review but can take up to 12 weeks or longer, I am with Revolut bank and there is a chance I will not get my money back I’ve been told! DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT I CAN DO?
I have contacted the police and the fraud team they are also investigating them. I have checked the government website they have literally copied someone’s business address and business however I have found out there is no unit 7! I have found a number online for Romanian grocers limited who are also based in London 02089118313 I have called them a couple of times and each time they hang up on me which makes it even more suspicious, they sound Romanian to! I’m not sure if it’s them that are doing the scamming but I’m sure as hell gonna find out! Furious to say the least! They have been emailing me saying me orders on its way but I also requested a refund and I was told I would get one but still waiting

Ordered a Air Fryer 25 October, told 7 - 20 days delivery, never arrived. Chased up, said courier would contact, never did. Sent email for refund, no reply. Having to contact bank. This is ridiculous!

No email to say sale has gone through answeared my emails ,said courier would be in touch ,but they havent been in touch .I ordered the washing machine 2 weeks ago,what i want to know why are they still advertising on google

This company said a refund would be in my bank within 5 business days after that I emailed again asking when it was due to be told it would be end of week and yet I'm still waiting this is a scam company

Total scam.... these people need taking down robbing people out of hundreds of pounds passing all my information to the police

Avoid!!! Was looking for a good Black Friday deal on a MacBook. This was one of the first hits on Google shopping. It makes itself look reputable because on Google a high star rating appears.. but when you look closer this is for the product NOT the website. There’s no customer reviews, incomplete product information, no colour options, ways to pay are limited, no explanation of the ‘2-year guarantee’. They are clearly operating on the income of those people who see the padlock sign, see the Google reviews for the product, need to save some money. SCAM

Scam company who continually fob you off via email as you can’t call them. ‘Courier’ unclear who they are and when you input the tracking number it continues to show as ‘on its way’ forever more. They don't respond.
Disgusting. I’ve reported it as a scam and fraud to Klarna and my bank.

Scam avoid .They trick people with low prices ,fake delivery emails site should be closed.I have already reported yo bank third party , police.Avoid it s a scam.

Wot a scam orderd washing machine paid for it I was waiting for reply to say thanks for your order. purchase successful then waiting for delivery date still no conformation date they dont even reply to emails or phone calls

I wanted to buy a fridge and I saw this company offering really cheap ones. I tried to call them but they only have fake phone numbers. They however have an online chat option. I managed to speak to someone but I'm pretty sure that they are scammers so I left the chat. I think just simply avoiding them isn't enough. They need to be destroyed. You are helping innocent people If you are all report the company to the authorities. You can make a report to
the Internet Crime Complaint Center, or IC3. Do the right thing. Be cautious be safe.

Logged a fraudulent activity with my bank.
Waited over 2 weeks!
Constantly being fobbed off with delivery date.
Needless to say i have not received what i paid for.

They’ve robbed me today, no confirmation email, no tracking took the money from my account & have a fake phone number.
Avoid at all cost will be starting dispute with the bank asap and reporting to police

100% Scam AVOID AVOID AVOID all fake Mobile number also fake, email also fake. avoid and report to the authority. ordered a fridge its been over 2-3 weeks and still nothing keep changing the delivery date, can not reach to them by phone email or chat.

UPDATE I have now had to raise a dispute with this company with my bank . They have done a refund and bank card cancelled for peace of mind

Website address is for a furniture store which when rung said they had numerous phone calls about appliances and said it’s a scam website .
This site needs investigating and shutting down

They have 2 phone numbers and both lines are dead so you can't talk to anyone. When you email them, all you get is replies indicating that they are dealing with the issue, when in actual fact they are not. Phoney address also. When money is paid out to them it's to Romanian grocers, which seems to be a supermarket. 100% scam.

PLEASE!! stay away from this bogus company, it’s a scam. They give you a fake tracking code and fake address and telephone numbers
