Adorabel rings for our keltic wedding. Great service! Love them!!

Ordered a pendant "Alviss" Dec, 26 2022. All I have ever recieve back was the order confirmation. Up till this I held up hope that my order would be fulfilled trying to be as nice as possible in various messages sent from social media, website, and email provided in the order confirmation. Beautiful products ... if your order ever gets fullfilled!

Bought one ring in september 2022... Still no news from Primal Craft. They just take your money then never send you the product, nor respond to your message. I don't care if I don't have my product right now, I just want to know whats going on, but they don't care about keeping in touch with their customer.

They have really nice and unique stuff.
But sadly it‘s been over two months since I‘ve placed my order without recieving my purchase.
Tried reaching out to Primal Crafts twice but no reply.
Will now try to get a refund. Wish me luck.

Usually a huge fan of primal crafts and ordered from them several times before. My order from July has not yet been sent and customer service aren’t getting back to me after 3 emails. Uncertain about ordering from them again as spend €144 for no product.

We ordered our wedding rings engraved and all and just received them, they are absolutely gorgeous! Looking forward to wearing them soon! The fit is perfect and they arrived very fast.
I recommend!

Ordered and payed for two custom sized and engraved rings 2 months ago, still havent recieved any tracking information about the rings. The customer service started very helpful but now they are mostly ignoring me... When they did reply, they said "thank you for the message" and nothing else. Second reply said "the rings will be with you in 1 1/2 weeks" (They didn't give a tracking number, just that message and this was two weeks ago) Will update this review to 4 stars if I am given any tracking info or if I recieve the rings.

Edit: rings came, happy with the product for sure but very confusing experience

Primal Crafts is a solid company and I've ordered many quality items from them before.

The owner Kristoffer is very kind and helpful.

They were super kind and the ring I order is beautiful made, it's take some to time to arrive but I think it's worth the waiting

I ordered two rings in march this year. I never received them. I emailed several times and the times that I got a reply, those were lies. Luckily I paid with paypal, so that I got my money back from paypal after three months.

I bought a ring for my brother on the 8th of August. It didn't arrive on time for me to give it as a gift, but I thought well since it is handmade there is extra waiting time.
When my brother still didn't receive anything in the mail and I hadn't received any tracking either, I wrote them on the 19th of September. On the 24th of September i got a message asking if I still hadn't received it?? Well no since you haven't sent me any tracking and I haven't messaged you back, I haven't received it no.
I wrote back that I hadn't received it, and that they should look into this soon as my brother still hasn't received his gift after more than a month.
I haven't gotten a reply on my email, no tracking and no ring.
Terrible.

It's been 6 weeks and still no news from the two rings I bought.

We're way far from the 4-15 days delivery but at this point I just start to think this is a scam.

(Received an response from the customer service for 1-2 weeks extra waiting, it's been 3 weeks from now and still nothing).

Not serious at all

I've ordered a ring two weeks ago, paid immediately and received an email that my payment went through and my order is received. Since then dead silence. Tried to contact them through their contact form, dead, tried to text them on IG, dead, tried to reach them on their FB group, dead, tried to call em, dead. I'm not even sure if this is a good looking fraud site or what. Really disappointed and I was looking forward for more than just a ring...

So I've received an email today that my ring will be shipped early next week. Will update this review to max if this actually happens and I'm happy with the product.

Ive paid for my ring on 16.04. Now is 1.06. I havent received my purchase. Help desk is dead or prefere not to text back

I wanted to give my boyfriend a ring and asked them some questions. They were super quick to answer those. I bought the ring on March 19th. After my purchase, I stopped receiving any news from them (not even a tracking number, even though I was promised one). I emailed them about it and Kristoffer answered that if it didn't arrive by then it might be lost already. They promised to send a new one with an actual tracking this time (?), but still I have received no ring or any tracking number. I'd recommend to avoid purchasing from them if you want to actually receive something.

I have ordered a necklace from Primal Crafts that I absolutely fell in love with. It has now been a bit over 2 weeks and have not received or heard anything also I have written mail to them. What kind of service is this, it should be below everyones standard..?!

I truly hope they will proceed or reach out very soon cause this is so frustrating as they have charged my card already.. :(

12.04 update:
Finally received my necklace and the quality is great as expected so eventhough the whole process and lack of communication with them has been annoying, I raise this to 3 stars.

I ordered a ring on 28th July and I have still not received it with no communication from the supplier. I had ask on 31 August when I could expect my product and was given the answer of 'about 2 weeks'. I have still not received the ring which makes it well over a month since I ordered and I have been provided with no way of tracking my order.

Hopefully it comes in the next week or I will be getting in contact again and may well cancel my order.
